Easily the best chiropractic experience I've ever had. I feel they have a very strong physical therapy focus which ultimately made me feel in charge of my own ongoing care with plenty of take home exercises that I continue to use when my body feels out of sorts. The staff was always incredibly professional and just all around good people. I felt in good hands the entire time. I would highly recommend Chicago Conservative Care!

I had been suffering intense pain in my foot and I had been to physical therapists that were not able to give me any relief. I found Chicago Conservative Care for chiropractic adjustments and the McKenzie Method of physical therapy. Dr. Otylia Hoberland approached my pain in a way that really focused on finding the root cause, giving me the space to learn, and providing methods and exercises that were sustainable long term.
Her adjustments are gentle and she really takes the time to help her patients. My pain was resolved in 7 visits and now, almost a year later, I have virtually no pain because I have continued to follow the doctor's advice and guidance with basic stretches and life style enhancements. Highly recommend the best chiropractor in Chicago!

For 7 years I dealt with severe sciatic nerve pain to the point where i could not walk, sit, stand, bend over or lay down comfortably. The pain was constant and affected all aspects of my life. After searching around for chiropractors near me I finally got to see Dr. Gasior at Chicago conservative care, and I began a recovery path that I didn't believe was possible.
After establishing a directional preference for my pain, Dr. G showed me a series of exercises to work on and performed a very effective chiropractic adjustment to align the problem areas for the best chance of recovery. After just a few sessions I have reduced my pain by almost 80% and am managing my own exercises with the insight I gained. I feel genuinely healed and excited by what i can do again! These guys are the best!

I've had an excellent experience at Chicago Conservative Care. I recently started seeing Dr. Gasior after nearly two years of increasingly worsening headaches and TMJ pain. My pain started a few months after starting law-school; high stress and the majority of my day hunched over textbooks and sitting at the computer. I went from a super active lifestyle to a mostly sedentary lifestyle overnight and my body was not happy. it's been just a few visits with Dr. Gasior but my pain has already decreased dramatically.
He found some dysfunction in my neck and upper back that another provider missed. he also assigned me with a few preventative at-home exercises to do in between sessions or while I am at school. They seem to be helping a lot.

Dr. Sandeep has been amazing. I came to the chiropractor because I had back pain and neck pain. My neck pain made my TMJ pain worse and caused me carpal tunnel-like symptoms. Dr. Sandeep took the time to understand all the pain I had. She knew exactly what to do to help me. After her treatment plan, I have not had any numbness in my hands or wrists, my jaw stopped locking up and I have no back or neck pain for months now.
She is a true professional that is attentive and intuitive, she makes you feel comfortable and at ease quickly. She is clear about what she is doing and will explain why and she will also give you exercises to help with your pain at home. I highly recommend Dr. Sandeep to anyone who needs a chiropractor!

I have recommended Dr. Hoberland to many friends with any sort of pains or discomforts. I went to doctors and orthopedic surgeons for groin and leg pain that sidelined me from sports and nothing ever helped. Finally I went to Chicago Conservative Care and Dr. Hoberland knew everything that was going on without me having to tell her. She was exactly right in her assessment and she was extremely helpful in getting me back into running and playing soccer.
In addition to that, unlike many other chiropractors, her end goal for patients is to get them to a point where they no longer need weekly visits. She isn't trying to get you to keep coming in and spending more money, she wants you to get out and get back to being active, healthy, and comfortable.

I've spent several years and several thousand dollars fighting back pain. I was skeptical about trying yet another chiropractor, but I got a glowing recommendation from a friend and decided to meet with Dr. Hoberland. If you're tired of trying, if you're a skeptic. this is your place! Dr. Hoberland is refreshingly clear and confident in her assessments, her approach to healing is practical and manageable, and you may well be surprised to find out what's going on with your body!

Dr. Hoberland solved my mystery pain. I am an avid runner and in January 2016 I experienced unexplained pelvic and back pain. I went from running long distance to experiencing abdomen pain after 10 minutes of running. After getting all kinds of testing, my family physician could not identify the issue and I was told that I was "healthy" and to continue running.
I went through physical therapy, saw a pelvic specialist and nothing! I was discouraged and accepted the fact that my body no longer was strong enough to endure long distance running. During the summer, I was referred to Dr. Hoberland by a colleague. I was very skeptical about going to a chiropractor, but I figured it was my last chance. Upon meeting Dr. Hoberland, she was confident that she could help me get back to my normal self.
After she assessed me she identified that my problem area was a tight psoas. She recommended massage therapy, and weekly office visits. Within a few months, I gradually started to run again and began to feel like myself. Needless to say, I ran a half-marathon that November, ran the Chicago Marathon in 2017 and recently ran the Chicago Lakefront 50k. I am grateful to Dr. Hoberland. The way I felt early that year, I did not think I would be able to run long distance again - and here I am.

I've been to loads of chiropractors and Dr. Hoberland is the first one who is really helping me by addressing the underlying issues of my sciatica and chronic back problems. She's not just about adjusting you x3/week and keeping you dependent on her--which doesn't work long-term anyways. Instead she helps me understand what's going on with my body and offers home exercise, postural improvements and a long-term strength plan to prevent this from happening again. I'm rarely pleased with healthcare and happy to say Dr. Hoberland is an excellent exception.

Wow! Wow. Dr. Hoberland is fantastic. I have been seeing her for just over a month. My neck pain has decreased tremendously and my range of motion has improved so much! I had NO flexion when I had my first appointment, and I am happy to report that my chin almost touches my chest today! I also want to put out a great word for Christina, the massage therapist that works with Dr. Hoberland.
She is so great at her job. She provides gentle, targeted massage that has improved the state of my neck and back so much that I can hardly believe it. It's truly amazing to FEEL how much of a difference these two have made in just about 6 weeks. It's definitely worth the investment! As a side note, if you're skeptical of chiropractic care, I'm here to tell you not to be.
As a neurosurgical nurse, I know the alternative: surgery. Trust me, you want to avoid surgery if at all possible. I can promise you that her medical knowledge is unmatched and she will be honest with you. If you need to see a neurologist/neurosurgeon, she will tell you. She knows what is in her wheelhouse and what isn't. There is not one medical question I've thrown at her that she couldn't answer (and with ease at that). You owe it to yourself to give it a try.

Dr. Hoberland is THE BEST. She is an incredibly knowledgable chiropractor and more. She is not only able to treat the spine and skeleton but also muscle, tissue and functional issues contributing to your pain. She also has a kind, friendly and professional bedside manner that would make even the most uneasy of patients feel at ease. I recommend Dr. Hoberland to everyone I know for their own care or their children! She is a true gem. Living in several cities with supposedly great chiropractors and wellness based practitioners, I have not found anyone who can even come close.

I have gone to Dr. Hoberland for two very different problems in the past few years. One was the chronic neck episodes or "neckisodes" I have had for a long time. At its very worst it would cause painful spasms in my back and also it pinched a nerve at one point which made my arm stop working! Dr. H worked me through the stretch exercises or "stretchercises" I needed to do to get my neck working again (which was huge b/c I was less than a month away from going on a week-long volleyball trip!).
More importantly, she has shown me how to manage my neck so that when I start to feel a neckisode coming on I can do the stretchercises and prevent it from spiraling out of control. The second problem was with my hip, which had gotten so tight I had to stop running and playing ball. I stumbled in to see Dr. H merely as a maintenance visit and when I mentioned my hip she showed me a stretchercise that started to loosen things up immediately (something that a week and half of rest had not been able to do) and I was back in the game in no time!
I will say that you have to be ready to do the work here. You will not get better if you don't do the stretchercises Dr. H tells you to do! But if you do them, the chances are that you will be back to doing whatever it is you love in no time! It's rare to meet a chiropractor that isn't all about keeping you coming back constantly, but Dr. H really tries to get you better and help you manage your issue so that you don't have to come back!

Gotta call this place on misleading advertising. Their website clearly states that appointments recommended, but emergency walk-ins are "always accepted." I have significant back pain, and just attempted to "walk-in" but was told by the receptionist (with more than a little tone of condescension) that, they only do walk-ins if they are not filled with appointments. I am still grasping with their notion of "walk in."

I've gone to Dr. H for two different issues now, both that i thought I was in serious trouble for. Both times she figured the issue out quickly, and got me back on my feet and in the gym in no time. She expects you to do your part of the work as well, but really, you should be. Recovery is not just about the Dr. Nice, pleasant to deal with, and very professional. I will always go here first for any type of injury. 100% recommended.

Nothing but great things to say about Dr. Hoberland! I was having back problems for awhile and she did some adjustments, but more important than that she showed me some great stretches I really needed to do to help with my bulging disc. I've recommended a number of people to her and will continue to do so. Bonus: she takes a good amount of insurance companies. Always a plus. 111/365

Dr. Hoberland has a talent for pinpointing the source of any bone, tendon, or muscle issues you come to her with, and follows with an effective course of action to heal you. She educates you about your own body and gives you tools to aid in your own recovery. She takes her patients' lifestyles into consideration, and seems to genuinely care about their progress. As a bonus, she's effervescent!

As a healthcare professional, I was once a skeptic about alternative therapies, especially chiropractic care. However, time and time again, I have heard the testimonies and visualized the proof that alternative therapies - especially a holistic approach to patient care - can actually work. After physical therapy - about 6 months to be exact - proved to be nothing but frustrating and something that seemed to worsen my chronic Achilles tendonitis (running injury), I decided to stop and take a break.
When I was ready, by the suggestion of my best friend who has her own brilliant chiropractor in Dallas, I found Dr. Hoberland on Yelp (thanks, guys!). For the past month, Dr. Hoberland has been nothing but friendly, professional, and encouraging. She asks the right questions and explains everything that she does including the rationale. I feel like I learn something new every time I see her.
Even though my injury and condition is occasionally perplexing to Dr. Hoberland, she is transparent in what she knows. I really appreciate that she is so forthcoming. After all, the human body is very complex! For the first time in a year and a half, I went for a short run without Achilles pain. Can you imagine after about 7 visits I can run? If traditional therapies are not working for you, this surgical nurse recommends a visit to Dr. Hoberland!

Dr. Hoberland never disappoints. My fiancee and I both use her on an "as needed" basis. I love that the atmosphere is professional, but not pushy. I was not convinced that chiropractics were a necessary thing in my life. I had lived the first twenty something years of my life without it, so why start now? After my first visit to Dr. Hoberland, I can't imagine how I went so long without!
She can usually squeeze in last minute emergencies and is very efficient in taking care of the problem. She does not share the "Guerrilla Chiropractics" mindset of many chiropractors *ahem, ChiroOne* who push push push you and say that you need to go to the chiropractor 3 times a week for the rest of your life or you will turn into a huntchback and be miserable forever. No, she takes care of the issue at hand for however many sessions that takes, then tells you to give her a call when you are feeling out of whack again. Can't say enough great things about Dr. Hoberland- she's a lifesaver!

Between traveling for a living and having a few upper body injuries in the past, I've seen several chiropractors in my day. Dr. Hoberland is by far the best chiro I've worked with despite her age. She questions pain and progress on each appointment, making me feel like an individual patient that she cares about "fixing." I like that I have excercises to do between visits that designed to really make me better (whereas many I've had in the past couldn't wait to schedule me again just to be able to bill me). Overall: not pushy- super clean- really easy parking- really easy scheduling. Good chiropractor no doubt.

What can I say that the other folks haven't mentioned. She is fantastic. I knew going in that my posture, back, etc. were a mess. I've had bad posture my entire life. Our first meeting was an hour and she took the time to listen, answer all of my questions and we started on the path to feeling better. I like her approach as she is very hands on, these days, many chiropractors rely on machines, she is almost all hands and they are very, very strong hands at that : She also incorporates stretching and exercises to the treatment and bluntly said.the goal is that you don't have to see me the rest of your life. I'm a small business owner myself so I can appreciate attentive service and she delivers on all fronts. Phone, email, whatever, she gets back to you promptly. She clearly is a master of the game and knows her stuff. I would highly recommend her to everyone I know.
