Your spine is composed of 24 vertebrae that helps your body move through every motion you make each day. When two, three, or more of these vertebrae aren't working together like they should, this is what many chiropractors refer to as a misalignment or subluxation. These are really joint dysfunctions and cause decreased mobility, pain, and a long list of various symptoms.
Ankle and foot structures may not be the home of our Central Nervous System but they definitely play a major role in our survival and over-all function. A single foot is comprised of 100 muscles, tendons, and ligaments, 33 joints, and 26 bones. That means our feet have over 52 bones, one-quarter of the bones in our entire body.
Because we humans walk on two legs rather than four! This upward position of our entire body against gravity causes an immense pressure buildup in our low back and sacroiliac joints. Thus, the lumbo-sacral region is very prone to injuries and degeneration. On the first day, Dr. Sun usually provides the patient with a treatment and recommendations to decrease inflammation.
The upper limbs are often used for defense or to cushion possible trauma. The wrist is a delicate joint system and fall or blocking a blow can cause severe injuries. In truth, we sacrifice our hands and wrists all the time to protect the rest of our bodies. As years go by, the wear and tear in our hands and wrists can accumulate, forming scars and arthritic conditions of the joint.

I'm sure they hear this all the time, but Fred and Sun were truly a God send. Their level of humility and tactful guidance was really a standard to behold. And as for the results -- today was my first adjustment, and there's still ways to go, but from the initial adjustment alone, my symptoms were about 20% better. I call that undeniable progress.
I was also hit with a few dad jokes. One of which being "We are greatest chiropractic practice in the galaxy". But I have to say -- I wouldn't mind the upgrade from galaxy to universe. They should at least be a contender.

I've been going here nearly every week since July 2020. Doctor Sun is great! There are other chiropractors on staff, too, though I must come at a time that they're not there as often. With work-from-home, I have been experiencing muscle stiffness and general soreness in the back and neck. I really look forward to my weekly adjustment! In terms of covid, the staff always wears masks and the patients do too.
They also spray and wipe the adjustment tables with alcohol and UV light after each patient. Their hygiene was a big reason I chose them. There's even finger gloves for you to sign in on the computer (if you want).

This place has changed my life. If you are dealing with some kind of back pain, neck pain, leg pain, arms, etc. You need to come here and let them work their magic! I've been dealing with leg pain for a year almost. Kaiser was barely able to diagnose it and ultimately did nothing to help it. I've been going to the Chiropractor for my whole life so when I moved here to San Jose I have been meaning to find one.
After almost a year of dealing with this pain in my leg I found this place and they have helped tremendously! I used to take 4 ibuprofen per day. Now I don't need to take anything! They truly have made a huge impact and change to my life for the better.

I cannot say enough Good things about Good Life! They are so helpful, kind and excellent at chiropractic rehabilitation and maintenance! It was one thing to feel the changes to my neck and back, but also to see it with nerve and muscle imaging! My back feels (and looks) brand new! Thank you Good Life!

Been a patient here for the last year now and the staff are wonderful people who want the best for their patients. They keep me well informed of the benefits of chiropractic care, provide a professional, respectful and comfortable environment and work well with busy schedules. Stellar! Came to Good Life after having multiple concussions and experiencing lots of neck sickness and pain and they were able to help me immensely. Their diagnosis is extremely thorough (even includes X-rays which is rather rare for chiropractors) and the staff are very kind, understanding, and accommodating. The prices are affordable and they have great package deals. Lastly, the doctors definitely know what they are doing and take their time--thus making the experience very pleasant.
Lots of other places you are in and out in 5 minutes but Dr. Sun always took his time and they also had equipment that would help you stretch out your back and relax after you got adjusted. 10/10!

I absolutely love this place! I play rugby and hockey so my poor body gets beat up constantly! From my first session with x-rays and alignment I was hooked. Everyone here is very educated and they tell you what's happening and why. For every question I had they always had an answer, and they are the sweetest people I have ever met. So not only are they great at what they do, but very wholesome. I recommend this place so much, if you have any issues or just feel like you got old lady bones at 26, swing by and they will fix you right up!

I've been going to good life chiropractic for a while now and they've been amazing every single time. The great customer service is an added bonus. I decided to go to a chiropractor because I had extreme neck pain for a few years that didn't allow me to look up all the way. I looked around for a few days to find the perfect place since my spine isn't something I want messed with.
The main thing that led me to pick them was that it wasn't a quick fix kind of place. I went in, they did a thorough consultation which included an assessment of my muscles, joints and an X-ray of my spine. They explained subluxation which is what was causing my neck pain and apparently my weekly migraines. My neck pain went away before my first 12 sessions ended and my migraines are nearly non existent. I highly highly recommend coming here. They've helped me so much.
