I have been a patient of Dr. Ingham for many years. I was in a car accident and never got the proper treatment after (thinking the pain would just go away. and it it DID!.but then a couple years later it came back and just got worse and worse). Finally, after using pain medications, trying cortisone and epidural shots as well as physical therapy at different locations, I was recommended to Dr. Ingham.
I'm so grateful for this, because my back health took an immediate turn for the better. Dr Ingham is a experienced, talented and very caring doctor who will get your pain to go away. I always recommend him to all my friends and anyone I hear has back, neck or arm/leg tingling issues.

Excellent customer service at Advanced Spine & Sports! The staff is the right mix of professional and friendly and Dr. Ingham listened to me and explained everything in an easy-to-understand manner. And the true test is that my progress has been outstanding! I've been to a lot of chiropractors over the years and this place is the first to truly prioritize the patient's overall experience. I highly recommend them!

I went there a couple of years ago with lower back pain, they had me do an x-ray. X-rays show bones but not joints tissues (there was 0% expectations of finding a broken vertebrae since I had not been in any accident). And the doctor said: looking at this xray it's clear there's a disk herniation. (To actually know that you'd need to perform an MRI which unlike X-ray show soft tissues).
Then they prescribed $6k or $8k worth of rehab (note that all the other patients I saw were doing the exact same rehab circuit. So that tells you how competent these people are (i.e. not very). I went to see another chiro and the first thing she did was to have me do an MRI. (Btw, insurances will try to force chiropractors to perform X-rays first because they're cheap, even when the chiro knows full well there are no broken bones.
What's more: they'll only consider validating MRIs if the chiro has worked on you several weeks with no improvements, because MRIs are expensive (that tells you how f-up is the American private healthcare system).
