It truly was the best massage I've ever had in Chicago. It felt great the entire time and even though didn't hurt like most deep tissue massages, I felt so much relief afterwards. Benita, my Massage Therapist really listened to me and she is VERY talented. She even recommended stretches for my issues. I will recommend and I will certainly be back.

Acupuncture really works! I believe in it totally, it is perfect to work on a chronic illness, then for maintenance of body harmony. It's very hard to find parking at their location, so pro tip: always take public transportation or an Uber if you can. All of the Practitioners are amazing, it doesn't matter who you get you will have amazing service here. I normally see Dr. Jia

I started getting acupuncture to help with lower back pain and migraine prevention and it is really working! I haven't had a headache in weeks, and my back pain is slowly improving. Rachel is so knowledgeable about acupuncture and Chinese herbs and has also helped me manage menopause symptoms. Morgan is so friendly and helpful. Shen Shen is the best and I highly recommend them!

Rachel is a great acupuncturist. I've been working with her for about 6 weeks to address my anxiety & tension headaches, and have noticed a big difference since receiving acupuncture treatments from her. She always listens to how I've been feeling the previous week and asks insightful questions in order to provide better treatment. I've also now gotten a deep tissue massage from Luz, who did an amazing job. My tension headaches felt so much better after she worked on me! I will definitely see her again.

Received a lymphatic massage which was good. Atmosphere is calm and relaxing. Customer service was awesome. Please keep in mind you will need to fill out paperwork for your first appointment. I was not informed to arrive 15 minutes earlier and arrived very close to my appointment time, so my massage was actually cut 8-10 minutes. Actually my appointment started while I was doing paperwork, so please keep this in mind for first time appointments.

Best microneedling experience ever. It was very pleasant and mindful. While waiting for the numbing cream to kick in, Rachel did acupuncture on me, and put on meditation music. Also put a heat lamp over my feet so I would be warm. After the microneedling, Rachel put a soothing sheet mask on my face to cool it down. I've gotten microneedling before with my dermatologist where it was overpriced, kind of sloppy, and didn't have anything to soothe me during the process. My experience with Rachel exceeded my expectations and I signed up to do 3 more sessions right away.
