Dr. Gao has treated me for 3 painful nerve conditions and I was seeing almost instant results after every visit. Her office is really comfortable and she is really knowledgeable and professional. She explained everything in detail before treating a specific area. I wouldn't hesitate to refer her to a friend and I'm definitely going back to her for any future issues.

Dr Gao is a real doctor. She saved my life when I was on business trip in Seattle. My left leg was in a lot of pain on my first day of business trip. I thought I strained my hamstring 2 months ago and walking in the airport/downtown made it even worse. I was desperately looking for someone who can relieve my pain. Dr Gao's treatment was so effective!
She relieved my pain almost immediately after my first treatment and after one night sleep, my leg felt almost back to normal. I walked by myself to the office instead of taking a lyft. After a few treatments, Dr Gao found that my true injury is actually on my lower left back instead of my hamstring. There's a spot on my lower back that is super painful when she pressed on it and kind of swollen.
She focused on treating that injured spot and right now I felt way better than before. For so many acupuncture and other appointments I went through in CA, no one ever found that my hamstring was actually fine! Even including Stanford Sports Medicine Dr. So disappointed! No wonder I haven't been making any improvements for the past 2 months. If I had met Dr Gao earlier in my life, I would have healed by now and gone back to my beloved dance floor much earlier. A good Dr is the key to heal and you will never regret going to Dr Gao!

I was skeptical but now a believer! I sprained a tendon in my arm yanking a heavy suitcase around for 12 hours. The sprain steadily got worse over a 4-week period. I told my doctor I needed a referral for a physical therapist because it was not healing.at all. My doc suggested I try an acupuncturist instead and OH MY GAWD! ONE SESSION and my arm hurts 80% less than it did this morning (which was the peak of my pain.) I am sold on acupuncture and Chunlin Gao is a miracle worker!

I sought acupuncture treatment due to stomach sensitivity to pain medicine; Advil, Tylenol, Ibuprofen. As a new beginner to alternative treatment, I am now a believer. No more neck and back pain after three treatments. I can sleep comfortable again. Tension caused from sitting in front of a computer all days just seems to fade away! Thank you, Dr Gao!

I've see Dr. Gao on a number of occasion to treat Bells Palsy and lower back issues. For my Bells Palsy she cut the 3 month duration to less than half and ensuring that I remain comfortable and pain free. Without her treatment methods It would have been a long and uncomfortable condition to wait out and i know this because I've had it before without acupuncture treatment and where western medicine cannot do anything to treat it.
For my lower back pain Dr. Gao was able to do more for me in one visit than a Chiropractor did in 7 visits. Dr. Gao is my first stop to alleviate any discomfort from a medical condition and I highly recommend her to treat almost any medical condition. Her exams are extremely thorough and with her Medical background and experience (She was a Physician and Professor in China) I hold the highest level of confidence in her to treat whatever I'm being seen for. Dr. Gao has an apothecary in her offices and can prescribe and prepare medicines on-the-fly.

Great office, great location, and. Dr. Gao is very friendly, courteous and professional who not only is an awesome TCM and acupuncture practitioner but has a medical background as well, so she really understands your concerns holistically. I went in with a splitting migraine that had left me incapacitated for the past 12 hours and she was able to fit me in right away.
The acupuncture appointment was about an hour and by the time I left I felt like a new person. Really immediate results and very, very good experience. Will be retaining her as my permanent TCM doctor and will continue treatments regularly. I highly recommend her services.
