We currently offer in-person classes at Oval Kids in Stuytown and at City Kids in Williamsburg; in-person private indoor group classes (NYC & Brooklyn only), live interactive classes on Zoom and Instagram Live. With Karma Kids Yoga, children are encouraged to "play" yoga and experience how their breath and body move together in a fun-filled way! The Karma Kids Yoga philosophy of teaching yoga to children provides kids with a variety of yoga tools that they can take away from yoga class and use throughout their lives.

Services
The teachers are the heart of our yoga program. All of our instructors are trained and experienced in teaching yoga to children, prenatal, postnatal or all three. Some are sillier than others, but they are all extremely creative, nurturing, and fun! Shari was a VP, Advertising Director before completely changing her path.
Founded in 2003, Karma Kids Yoga encourages an early practice of yoga that will grow with children into adulthood. The magical studio was designed with kids in mind - fun, vibrant, and safe for yoginis of all ages. Please note that we recently closed our magical studio and will be holding classes at various locations.

A true hidden gem. Absolutely love it here! So many positive vibes, helpful, sweet staff and brilliant, caring instructors that help mind your kids so you can get some workout time! Bo judgment at all, just genuine welcomes. Everything is covered / provided including mats, storage, a charging station and a stroller valet for adults. A large, open plan studio with plenty of light and space for kids to roam, plus tons of toys, entertainment, music and even a disco ball. Whole heartedly recommend, so much fun and quality time with your little one plus a great workout, worth every penny!

I knew that it was a nice idea to do Yoga on our NYC long weekend vacation. But, the visit to karma kids yoga just exceeded my expectations. From the teacher Chari, the magical space, staff and techniques. It was just like the quote " Go with the flow". My daughter loved it and It made me so happy. I'm sure it was for Bella and I, the best part of our trip. I hope to find something like this beautiful studio in South Florida.

I am very grateful for the support I have found at Karma Kids Yoga. We miscarried a couple of years ago and had already purchased a Prenatal Package of classes. When I shared our heart-breaking news, I was consoled and reassured to: "Not worry. Just come back when you get pregnant again." That open, generous and positive attitude was beyond. comforting to me and my partner and gave us peace of mind to trust, accept and let go.
Two years later we conceived and I have practiced Yoga and Pilates throughout my blessed and healthy pregnancy! I feel awesome. Truly, all of the teachers and classes are amazing at Karma Kids Yoga because they are challenging yet always encourage moms to.
