Reflexology is a centuries-old form of natural healing located on the concept that every part of the body correlates with specific points on the feet and hands. By applying precise and steady pressure to these reflex areas, the reflexologist urges the body towards wellness, bolstering the body's remarkable capability to heal itself. Relax and enjoy the benefits of reflexology.

Working both feet fully and completely to restore balance, promote ease of movement, boost organ function and provide profound relaxation. Combines techniques from China and Thailand using custom blended Thai lotions, smooth gliding strokes, and applied pressure to specific points to soothe leg and foot pain and improve functioning throughout the entire body. A "tune up" session eases stress and the daily buildup of restrictions on smooth body functioning.
Nancy has been in practice since 2003. She opened her doors under the name "pied doux" (sweet feet in French), but quickly realized that it was difficult to pronounce. Her approach integrates a foundation in anatomy and physiology with the Ingham method of reflexology. Nancy is dedicated to providing a restorative, calming and healing experience for all of her clients.
Nancy is trained and certified by the The Thai Institute of Healing Arts. The school teaches the curriculum from the Old Medicine Hospital whose lineage traces back to the prestigious school of the Shivagakomarpaj Institute of Traditional Thai Medicine in the northern part of Thailand, Chiang Mai. This 60-minute approach to Reflexology uses custom blended lotions imported directly from Thailand and incorporates smooth gliding strokes and vigorous applied pressure to points to ease leg and foot soreness, improve all over body functioning and provide stress relief.

Those who know what quality reflexology is will definitely want to check out Third Coast Refloxology. For those who have not visited a reflexologist and are interested you should check out Third Coast, very relaxed, welcoming, professional atmosphere. Chicago needs more reflexology, this is the place.
