I've called this office multiple times in the past and recently but hard to get through. I called again this morning and finally someone picked up. She said she would have to call me back maybe in the afternoon. I received a phone call from her, she asked what I was going in for, she asked me a few other medical questions, told her I was referred to this Dr by my chiropractor.
She said they'd be doing a lot of labs in office and he would go over my labs within my 2 hr appt. I asked for the price, and for the 2 hr appt the fee is $699. They don't take ins, so I mentioned that the last time I spoke to them I was given a price of $300. She then said if I was told that price it's for a 1 hr consult. So I asked if the additional $400 were for labs only?
She ends up putting me on hold several times after that, her answer was "No it's not just labs he does other things on the office", each time I'd want to ask a question she'd put me on hold. I then said, let's start with the hour appt and go from there. She puts me on hold again, comes back and now offers me a 30 min appt to speak with the Dr to see if "we're compatible"?!
I said $150 to see if we're compatible? She then says, "Well yes bc you may not want to be a part of this office is that what I'm hearing?", I said, No that's not what I've said, I'm simply trying to get more information as to what the two hr appt entails, it's an additional $400 and I've asked you if I could possibly do the labs or at least some of the labs elsewhere so that my ins can cover it.
And would like to know what these "other things he does in office" as part of the two hr visit. She was very flustered, she didn't answer my questions, then said "Well I can see we're not going to be a good fit, I've already explained what he does (which she did not) and said that she wouldn't schedule me basically. I quickly said, Wow so you just turn away patients in this manner?
She said, yes goodbye. The most unprofessional front desk person I've ever spoken to. And yes her name was Jan as other people have said in their reviews. They must be doing very well turning patients away willing to pay cash for medical services despite having ins. I wonder if the Dr is aware of how horrible she is with potential patients and even existing patients based on these reviews. Jan you're doing me a favor, believe me. I will take my business elsewhere. I would have given no stars if I could!

I have been a patient off and on as needed for years and have never experienced the "front desk" issues mentioned in the other reviews. Dr Kolodjski has always taken time and care for my issues with skilled results. Unlike many chiropractors, I never feel pressured to have regular visits. I feel the attention to whole person wellness. Appointments are always punctual. There is only cash or check payment so that keeps from 5 rating.

All I'm going to say is that if you must be a patient here, be wary of asking questions because you may end up offending the receptionist. The receptionist (who is also the doctors wife) yelled at me to leave in front of other patients. She continued to degrade and yell at me until I left in tears. I never got to see the doctor but I wonder if their standard of health care reflects this horribly unprofessional treatment. I would not recommend this place to anyone I know or care about. Wish I read the reviews first.

I recommend this place and was told about it by a friend. I have been there a number of times for different issues. I don't know where this photo came from but it doesn't look like anything surrounding the place. I found Jan very friendly and helpful. My last two visits were for liver issues and I had a chelation process done. Jason listens very well. I intend on visiting again to talk about harmone replacement therapy benefits.
