Heat any of the products (except the Eye Pillow) in a microwave for just a few minutes according to the heating table below. Then enjoy the penetrating moist heat and relaxing aromas for 30-45 minutes. Reheat the products as often as you like. When using the product hot, place the soft fleece side toward your skin.

Buyer beware.they do not stand behind there products. 5 phone calls 4 emails. Nothing! Used 3-4 times and the rice is coming out. I asked for a replacement for a defective product. Nobody did anything to fix this. At a premium price with shipping $90.37 this shouldn't happen. Have used them in the past no issues. CUSTOMER Service a is horrible!

Smelly but comfy microwavable heating pads. I bought one of these for my wife for Valentine's day. She already has the NeckEase and has been using it for years ( been through two labors!) So I got her the X-Large pad for her back. These are herbal pads, so for us guys it may be a bit too much. I guess you'll have to get used to that potpourri smell. Recommended.
