These sessions help clients prepare for ceremonies and personal journey work with sacred plant medicines. I assist clients in setting intentions before their journey and integrating the healing experience afterwards. I also help clients ground and center their energy and return to their bodies if they happen to go “too far out” in a journey. While these sessions are geared toward those working in a therapeutic or spiritual capacity with sacred medicines, they can also be useful for integrating intense spiritual experiences, such as the following:
