It was my first time experiencing a treatment like the one I received from John. He went into great detail about what was happening with my ankle and knee when I was running and explained what needed to be done to get it back to normal and pain free. It only took a few sessions and I'm back to running and my knee feels better than ever with no pain!

I Saw Dr. Jon today and all I can say is I wish that I had heard of him SOONER! He's incredibly professional and genuine. He really took his time listening to my concerns, asking his questions, making assessments, and treatment plans. "While on vacation in Jamaica, a long way from home in the US, I was stricken with a debilitating neck nerve issue that left me almost completing immobile, nauseous and dizzy. A mutual friend shared my issue with Jon and created an introduction. Although in a vacation setting, Jon was very professional in his questioning about my symptoms. After a brief Q and A, he was able to perform a procedure on my neck. Me, having no knowledge of acupuncture, I was at a pain level that I was willing to try anything for relief.

I was at a point that I could not move my neck without excruciating pain. This pain had been going on for almost a week. Jon is truly one of the best out there. If you are an athlete with an injury (or looking to prevent one) & looking for relief - you need to see him ASAP! He is so thorough, produces amazing results, and is so kind & easy to talk to. I came to Jon after exhausting all possibilities with other specialists. Two MRIs revealed nothing to justify my unrelenting back pain. I did not want to take narcotics, so I was taking medications that only made my pain more tolerable--I was getting no relief. After my first session with Jon, by early evening my pain had gone down from an 8 (10 being worst pain) to a 4.

I almost cried from the relief. After another 10 sessions or so I was pain free. At this point, besides his expertise, Jon also revealed his integrity by telling me that I didn't need to return unless I felt pain. I can't thank him enough. I highly recommend Jon without reservation.

Dr. Kukor has been helping me get over the final stages of frozen shoulder/impingement. I appreciate his patience, skill and tenacity at helping me resolve my shoulder issues. If you haven't tried acupuncture, you should give it a chance. I am very pleased with the results.

Dr. Jon is AMAZING! Due to an accident six years ago, spinal fusion was suggested. After various Dr.'s, DO's and chiropractors and no relief, I considered surgery again. Thankfully, a neighbor recommended Dr. Jon. I have seen him 4-5 times and pain has subsided, an I am down to very little medication. He is AMAZING and I highly recommend him. He's very accommodating with appointments. He actually cares and will spend the necessary amount of time needed. I will recommend Dr. Jon time and time again.

Orlando Alternative Health offers a calming, professional, and friendly environment and overall experience. I've had a lot of alternative therapy and treatment over the years for many sports related injuries. Not only is John very knowledgeable and skilled, but he does an excellent job of communicating the "what, why, and how" of every technique he uses during the acupuncture treatment. I would definitely recommend his services to anyone in need of non-invasive treatment for pain and injuries.

I've always been apprehensive about acupuncture/dry needling BUT I had my 1st session w/ Dr. Kukor today and OH MY! It was amazing! He is very knowledgable and explains everything that's happening. He took his time and I never once felt rushed. Bravo to this practice and I cant wait for round 2!

I went to Jonathon for 3 visits for migraines I was having every 3-7 days. First visit I had a mad headache (not a migraine) and a tight neck. By time I left my headache was gone and my neck had significantly more mobility! Second visit my neck was the only problem - just stiff. And it was significantly better. I even noticed that my face muscles were much less tense/tight. Third visit I was battling allergies and he was able to accommodate that. In 3 visits over 30 days, no migraines to speak of!

I highly recommend checking out Jon for acupuncture. I was very skeptical about trying it at first, but Jon did an amazing job acclimating me into this amazing practice. I was having some major problems with pain, energy and overall mood/attitude. After the first session, there was no drastic change because my specific pain would take more sessions. However, what really amazed me after the first session was how much better I was feeling mood-wise.

I've been seeing Jon now for over 5 months (probably 9-10 sessions now), and I couldn't be happier with my results. The pain has declined/diminished. My energy is better. My attitude is much happier. Thank you Jon, and I look forward to more!

Jon essentially got me through my PHD program. His sessions kept me from reaching burnout as he knew exactly what to do to help me with recovery and injury.
