Dr. Foss, as well as the office staff, Jodie and Claire are absolutely wonderful! Vital Wellness is a warm, inviting, and positive environment. Dr. Foss comes up with individualized plans for all of his patients based on their specific needs. He takes the time to get to know you and helps you meet your health goals. My son and I have been going to Dr. Foss for almost a year now.
He has helped us both with anxiety. He has helped get rid of headaches I was having on a regular basis, as well as misc aches and pains. And he does it all with positive energy and a smile on his face. You're always welcomed in by Jodie and Claire who are so friendly. They make sure that the entire process from setting up appointments, working with insurance, getting you in and out in a timely manner, etc is done with ease. My son and I always look forward to our appointments! VWC is the best!

My 6 year old son and I have been getting adjusted by Dr. Foss for about 10 weeks now. For my son, I've noticed more energy during the day, improved eating habits, and better sleep at night. My son also has alopecia and Dr. Foss offers cold laser therapy, which we are trying as a treatment option. For myself, I've noticed better, uninterrupted sleep at night as well as decreased anxiety.
I've also had less painful menstrual cycles and my regular headaches have completely subsided. I just feel better overall. What I love about Dr. Foss is that he takes the time to explain (in terms you can understand) your health plan and why being adjusted is so important. He also is kind and caring and very reassuring. Dr. Foss is well educated on the use of supplements and after using his brand of CBD oil in conjunction with chiropractic care, my panic attacks have subsided and my anxiety is steadily decreasing.
The office has a warm, family feel. My son loves going to get adjusted and then playing in the play area after. Jodi and Claire are also so wonderful! They always greet you with a smile and are willing to help in any way. The entire staff is shiny and bright every time I walk in. Dr. Dave is extremely knowledgeable and got to the root of what was causing my pain and inflammation and has helped through adjustments and cold laser treatments. The office is well equipped with state-of-the-art tools to help with various ailments. Infrared sauna, hyperbaric chamber, and cool laser therapy. I would recommend this wonderful office to everyone.

Dr. Dave is extremely helpful and intelligent. He has shared his knowledge about chiropractic care among other health related concerns/issues. The facility is very clean and well kept. The team at VWC is friendly, helpful, & supportive. I typically have not recommended chiropractic care in the past. You can't just go to any chiropractor. I believe if you find a good one, you will know and Dr. Dave is definitely great!
From my care I have received, I am able to move better. My mobility has improved drastically and I did not realize how locked up and stiff I actually was. My workouts have improved and I feel like I am in better shape overall. Would definitely recommend VWC.

I had seen Dr. Dave at many yoga events before finally coming to visit Vital Wellness. Chiropractic was recommended to me by my orthopedic doctor. The second you walk into Vital Wellness, you feel safe and well taken care of. Before my first adjustment, I was was experiencing anxiety, back and hip pain & sleep and digestive problems. After one month of treatment, I am sleeping through the night and feeling so calm. The pain in my back and hip have decreased dramatically and my digestion is back on track! Thank you, Dr. Dave! You are a miracle worker!

My first visit experience at vital wellness center I think was more than I had expected. I was greeted with a friendly welcome and felt that Dr. Dave had taking the time for my questions and concerns of the continuing health issues that I have been experiencing. Which made me feel comfortable upon going forward with receiving his treatment plan for me to correct my health problems.

Dr. Dave and Vital Wellness has been life changing for me and my family! We've been seeing him for 4 years now and our health has never been better. Superb customer service. Upon entering, you are welcomed by friendly faces at the front desk and an eclectic mix of music that stimulates the brain. Dr. Foss' uncanny ability to recall music lyrics to most every song played leads one to want to sing along and enjoy the moment. Not to mention his skill as a doctor of chiropractic as he provides great care to his clients. Highly recommended.

I've been coming to Vital Wellness since 2015 and have always been impressed with how good I feel after my appointment and the difference going there has made over the years. Everyone is SUPER friendly, funny and knowledgeable on what they're talking about. I would highly recommend anyone seeing Dr. Foss! Love this place!
