Dr. Nima knows what he is doing. Seeing him after 3 months and my pain is almost gone! He was clear about what is going on with my back and the proposed treatment because of it. The staff is sweet and helpful as well! Highly recommended.

This was my first visit here at Chiro One and definitely not my last! The met some of the staff this morning which was Niya, Olivia, and Dr Nima! Once I walked in their office, I felt welcomed and really comfortable! An outstanding atmosphere with positive attitudes once you walk through those door till the time you leave! When I walked into Solution Chiropractic I could barely walk, sit, or move. Service is excellent. All of the staff are lovely and look out for you. They are very transparent and share how the entire process of the care plan will look like/how long it is planned to be. The check-in and symptom tracking process is very modern and quick, done through a tablet but still easy to reach out to front desk for any needs. Also very easy to reach out via text when needed as well.

I worked at solution Chiropractic as a massage therapist for a short time. This is a true statement. Just as the stars given. Sometimes time and perspective can cause one to rethink what is acceptable and what is not. Being that my perspective is from the inside it is in my opinion as a massage therapist of 8 years that clients can do better and should receive better in certain areas of this location.

For any who would like me to expound on this conclusion i welcome the discussion. Also I was a client who received x-rays and the initial consultation. You will find that in the paperwork you are supposed to keep and make sure is done properly.

After several years of back pain, I finally found a place that addressed my issues directly and came up with a care plan that had made a significant improvement in my overall health. Couldn't recommend more!

I'm so glad I found this practice! I am a new patient and couldn't be more pleased. They fit me in on the day I called and took their time listening to my concerns and answering all of my questions. They did an exam and took X-rays at that time as well. The following morning, I went back to discuss in detail, their findings and my treatment plan. I am now getting regular adjustments and doing light rehab with them.

Dr. Nima is fantastic! I have gone to many chiropractors and I have never had results on the level I have had since coming to Solution Chiropractic. I was so pleased with my experience that I brought my teenager to be checked out. We all wonder what affects phone and computer usage may have on our kids. And wow it will surprise you and your kid. He wasn't very excited to go of course but after seeing his first set of x-rays it definitely made him understand what was happening to his posture and how it wasn't heading in the right direction.

He committed to the therapies and adjustments just as he did with the Orthodontist. He was concerned to see the results after his first cycle of treatment since it was such a short period of time. We were blown away with the fantastic results! I don't think I ever expected to see my teenage son this excited. Dr. Nima is a miracle worker. We are beyond grateful for all that he has done to help with our health.

I've been going to Solution for about two years now. I had some problems that were impacting my day to day life (frequent headaches, acid reflux, carpel tunnel, difficulty standing for more than 30 minutes). Solution changed my life for the better. After my first adjustment, I was feeling a lot better and after a couple of months, I noticed a dramatic reduction in the frequency and intensity of my headaches, my carpel tunnel and acid reflux had both improved greatly.

Dr. Nima and his staff are honestly amazing. They genuinely care about all their patients and they are always willing to help.

Dr Nima and his staffs provide excellent customer service. My experience has consistently been positive across adjustment and massage sessions. Very understanding and flexible for rescheduling. Strongly recommend.

I've been here a few times and I've had a few decent massages but based on my experiences here, there are simply too many unfriendly customer polices for me to be a regular. For instance, the doctor insists on charging the customer for a series of chiropractor work in advance to your credit card (since insurance wont allow you to pre-pay for 9-20 treatments in advance) and wants to schedule the treatments 3-4 times a week. I'm sorry but who can honestly make it to the chiropractor office 3-4 times a week? So, when I asked him for a more practical treatment plan, like twice a week, he simply insisted that I pre-pay and plan to come as previously instructed-- no conversation!

My second issue with this office is the location. It is located in the heart of heart of downtown Seattle, with little to no street parking. Now, close your eyes and imagine coming to the chiropractor 3-4 times a week, when you've already pre-paid, and having to fight for street parking 3-4 blocks away or pay an astronomical amount of money for lot parking. Thirdly, the front desk staff are consistently rude.

For instance, the last time that I was at the office, my husband had a massage appointment the following hour. Can you believe that the front desk manager asked him to wait outside for an hour because she didn't feel safe with him being inside of the office with her? He and I had been coming to this office for 4 to 6 visits by that time so she was well-aware that he was a recurring client. But, I guess the sight of an educated Black man was threatening to her?!

So you can't come early here, but. Right now, I'm currently disappointed because I asked to push back an appointment for the 1st time in maybe a dozen visits and was told that I just had to pay $30 for a late cancellation because they were fully booked for the remainder of the day but when I looked the business hours on yelp, it clearly says that they're closed early today. So, I asked if I could just come for the remainder of my appointment and was told that I had to be in by 20-minutes after the hour or my appointment would be cancelled but they wanted me to pay a $30 penalty to accommodate for the masseuse hour of treatment time. So, they wanted me to pay for an hour of service but not be available during the hour of service?

Color me crazy, but it seems like these company policies only benefit the clinic and aren't intended to make customer visits practical or access sustainable. Lastly, I think there had been a total of 10 massage therapist changes since I've been coming here and in my opinion, that is just too many changes in the quality of service provided for a clinic that only has one massage room and one massage per hour. Customers need more consistency!

Absolutely, the best chiropractic care I've had since living on the west coast. Actually Dr. Nima has the most compensative care I've ever had even inn the east coast. His caring concern for each individual he treats is obvious and felt dynamically with each visit. Would I switch chiropractors? Not willingly!

Dr. Nima and his practice have been fantastic. I've visited my fair share of chiropractors over the years, but his go far above the rest in terms of raising the bar in service, their ethics and their care. This is not a "stay here for 2 minutes and give me your $20" type of place. Those types of practices are all too common, unfortunately. Most recently, I've had some neck issues and over the course of the last 7 months, have been fully rehabilitated thanks to their care. I also appreciate their home exercise remedies and usage of mobile apps, which is a big convenience.

I've really enjoyed my experiences with Solution Chiro. Phedre, Kes and the ladies of the front are the absolute best, and they always make you feel right at home. Therapy is a transient business it seems, and it can sometimes to frustrating when staffing changes occur, but that's business and Solution Chiro always communicates the changes and works with you to find something you're comfortable with and works for your schedule. Fan, fan, fan.

Dr. Nima and his staff are great. He's able to "fix" my neck every time, and help me with preventive tips and therapy. Excellent.

I've been going to Dr. Nima since February and he is the best! I fell on ice and he's helped me recover while I've had multiple other health issues! Their schedule is super flexible and Rick is great for massages! The entire staff is super sweet and customer service is amazing!

This is truly a one of a kind office! Chiropractic was not initially on my radar and I didn't really see myself ever trying it out. Luckily, I stumbled upon Dr. Nima's office before any of my symptoms escalated. The entire staff is incredibly welcoming, the office is immaculate and upbeat, and the treatment is amazing! I always look forward to my adjustments AND the therapies in the office.

But my favorite aspect is the education. The team and Dr. Nima are very thorough in teaching their patients about Chiropractic and how to take care of our spines at home, as well as in the office. Great massage covered by my insurance! Will definitely be back. It was very easy to schedule with them over text after sending them a message through their website. I enjoyed their facilities as well - clean and to the point. It wasn't a day spa but I liked that it was small and professional. I haven't tried their chiropractic services, but can definitely recommend a message here. I'm mostly knot free and a lot less stressed!

The service is great in many aspects. Because of my work I have to reschedule my appointments very often, the front desk is always very efficient and kind in helping me to do so. After my 3 month treatment with Dr. Nima I was able to forget what is to have chronic neck and shoulder pain!

I cannot begin to explain how fortunate I am to have found Solution Chiropractic. I was waking up every day with neck and back pain, constantly had migraines, and I was just pretty much a miserable wreck on a daily basis. Since starting with them, I sleep better, I hardly have headaches anymore, I’m more excited about getting up and playing with my kids everyday, I don’t dread going to work and standing all day- it’s incredible.

When I started seeing Dr. Nima, I was told by my primary care doctor “not to bother with chiropractors.” I was unable to move my right arm and neck and it was severely limiting my ability to perform simple tasks. Instead of taking a prescription for pain medicine, I called around to a few chiropractors I found on Google. Dr. Nima was able to get me in that afternoon and by the time I left, I was already feeling better.

I really appreciate the care and effort that Micah and Cory put in at the front desk and with helping with therapies and general care and encouragement. The facility is clean, pleasant, and always full of very nice patients. Appointment times are concise and easy to do on my lunch break. They’ve always been very flexible any time I’ve needed to reschedule or cancel an appointment for any reason- sometimes even at the last minute!

I have come a long way and I feel much stronger and able now. I have been able to go back to the gym, am taking a weight lifting class, and currently training to become a wildland firefighter! Three months ago, I couldn’t even brush my teeth! I have been so pleased with my progress and with Dr. Nima’s care. I am looking forward to continuing to gain strength over the next few months.

I decided to go here because I get a discount at my work. First, the front desk staff are amazing! They're so friendly and helpful, and they know the patients' name. They also can text you to remind you of appointments, and you can text them to schedule appointments which is very convenient. The office is nice but nothing special. They do offer massage; however, I wasn't very impressed with my massage.

It wasn't bad but wasn't that good, either. My guy didn't seem to use the traditional masseuse techniques. Also, I saw that he had his iPhone propped up and was watching a tv show or movie while giving me my massage. It was clear that he wasn't isn't giving the massage that he watched shows on his phone WHILE giving a massage. I've lived in multiple states and been to several chiropractors, and this is the first one that was high pressure selling!

They ask you to commit and pay on the spot. I was asked about three times if I wanted to pay for the plan ($2,100) that day. It felt like getting me to pay was priority versus my back and my health. When I stated my apprehension with that plan due my schedule and not being able to come in there three times a week, suddenly the price dropped. Red flag!

I have two family members in my family who are chiropractors, and they were appalled when I told them the pressure that they place in patients to commit on the spot. I would have been fine paying that price and have no issues paying in full, but the pressure to get the money on the spot really turned me off and left me for the door. My adjustment was good, but the focus on money turned me off, and I will not be returning.

They are warm, welcoming, and helpful. The therapies they offer before adjustments help quite a bit and I definitely saw a change in my posture and neck pain. I got in a scooter accident while I was in the middle of my appointments to help correct my posture which set my progress back a bit and added neck and shoulder pain into the mix that I wasn't having before. Dr. Nima helped tailor my therapies and adjustments to my new set of needs at my very next appointment and Micah and Corey always checked in to see how I was healing up! I highly recommend going here!!

Great service the front desk scheduler was very easy to get information to ( email or text). I loved the communication options. What a great massage and masseuse - I pinpointed my areas of concern & she attacked them with pinpoint accuracy. I was so relaxed in the room and liked the ambient noise that was being played.

I have been seeing the Solutions Chiropractic team for about 5 weeks. They provide exceptional service from having the most professional and communicative team to feeling awesome in just 5 weeks. I have not felt this great in years dramatically improving my quality of life. I highly recommend them from anything severe to regular maintenance. I've been visiting Solution Chiropractic for about a month now, seeking treatment for low back pain caused by an auto accident. Every visit I am greeted by Micah's warm smile and kindness, causing me to smile no matter how much pain I'm in at the time. The team of massage therapists each have their own approaches, which work together beautifully to treat the whole body as well as targeting problem areas - even offering suggestions for yoga asanas that can help further.

Through a combination of physical therapy movements using on-site equipment (and at-home work), and traditional chiropractic adjustments, Dr. Nima guides the whole process toward better alignment & strength, and away from pain. Although progress is slow and I have much more time to invest in my recovery, the quality of care I'm getting at Solution has me confident I'll someday be pain free

After concluding 3 months of therapy for severe neck and shoulder issues I have to say I am much healthier, have improved my overall comfort and more importantly my quality life. Dr. Nima and Jen are the best! I had been suffering from some back and hip issues for quite some time, but never truly felt a Dr. was actually looking out for me. That is until now! Dr. Nima and team are exceptional in the following ways:
1. Consultation through treatment proposal and process: Dr. Nima is very results driven focusing on the best possible patient outcome.

He is realistic and has a great plan mapped out for each individual based on the consultation.
2. The exercises actually work! They may look silly, but I am already feeling a million times better!
3. I love the Ted talks, while I'm checking those boxes on my exercises, I can get motivated and inspired to go conquer the world once I leave (just kidding).

I do love Ted talks so this is a huge bonus for me.
4. Text scheduling: this is hands down the most convenient way to schedule. Most of us text daily, if not hourly, so this makes it easy and the response time is quick.
5. Open treatment area: I have a blast talking with other patients, so for me, this is a plus.
6. Jen is amazing. She's one of the friendliest people I know!

Always looking out for the patient and is great at remembering names and specifics. She always makes me feel welcome.
7. Massages: no words need to be said, except awesome! Michael and Maverick awesome. I enjoy coming to this practice and will continue to be a patient as long as I am in Seattle. I would highly recommend Dr. Nima and his team!

Dr. Nima is great! I really love the 1:1 approach he takes with each of his clients. He doesn't offer a one size fits all consultation and he has been very helpful in addressing my neck pain. I would highly recommend him for your chiropractic needs!
