Dr. Dana Lockhart is a kind, gentle practitioner. Her growing PDX practice in the Trolley Building is centrally located and full of good vibes. A comfortable office with lovely crystals and calm energy and warm beds for acupuncture. Her approach to healing is open minded and sincere. Both holistic counseling and acupuncture has been well worth the cost, time and experience. I highly recommend Dana to anyone looking for these services.

Dana is magic. She will tailor her healing sessions to your unique needs and uses Chinese medicine techniques to help the body release stuck emotions and promote healing. She is passionate about getting to the root of emotional and chronic pain, and wants her patients to experience relief from a deeper layer. She is kind and compassionate, and her energy is uplifting. I always leave her sessions with a deep sense of release, clarity, and blissfully energized. I highly recommend Dana!

I started seeing Betsy out of desperation - I've had a cluster of digestive, immune system and skin issues for 2 or 3 years now (including stubborn, frustrating, embarrassing scalp psoriasis). After two months of treatment, these issues are probably 90 to 95% resolved. Using Betsy's assessment of my constitution from a TCM point of view I changed my diet, and followed her prescribed acupuncture and herbal medicine regimen. She's a very talented doctor who treats the entire body and root causes.

Betsy is amazing! She truly listens and is very gentle and effective. Ive seen many acupuncturists and her skill and technique are excellent. She's gentle with the points that make me cringe We've been focusing on shoulder which is healing from rotator cuff tears and it's been very beneficial, I was getting no results from acupuncture several months ago for it but the work Betsy is doing really helping. I've been going to Beth Griffing for acupuncture and Thai massage for several years and can't recommend her highly enough. What sets Beth apart in her practice is a bright sense of scientific interest and inquiry towards these ancient techniques. It's so refreshing to work with someone who not only understands the historical context of treatments but also can educate you on the latest scientific studies that surround the efficacy of the techniques she employs. Beth guides you both through the WHY and the HOW. The office itself is always clean and nicely decorated, and office manager Gabrielle always makes sure that my insurance billing goes smoothly. I've seen Beth on and off for four years given my relocation to and from PDX. She's patient, kind, and caring to her patients. She's flexible with schedules and makes time to listen. As a QPOC she's been culturally sensitive and so has her staff. She sees many of my friends and we all rave about her skills. She's really magical!

Owner Boynn McIntire produces excellent results on me, combining acupuncture treatments with healing Chinese herbal teas when necessary. I have been treating with Xander Khan at All and One for approximately three months. From the start, Xander was both personable and professional and demonstrated a strong desire to assess my health concerns (primarily arm nerve and tendon inflammation, pain and neuropathy). In addition to performing acupuncture, Xander has prescribed Chinese herbs to address the constitutional issues that contribute to the issues and also does a form of Chinese massage / acupressure that really feels great and relieves deep tension.

We also discuss ergonomics and complementary treatments and I always feel relaxed after our sessions. It's a bit too soon to tell if acupuncture will alleviate my chronic health challenges but the treatment is definitely beneficial and I am feeling like I am on the right track. I would definitely recommend Xander.

I have been going to Boynn for at least three years now and she has helped me immensely with my endometriosis as well as musculoskeletal aches, pains and injuries. She is super prompt, intuitive and an amazing healer. If you can't get in with Boynn I recommend Beth who is also terrific! Their new clinic on Glisan is very comfortable, cozy and professional.

Boynn is amazing. So incredibly kind and knowledgable. She has all but cured a hormonal issue I was having as well as an acne problem. And I was a skeptic, let me tell you. Acupuncture works and Boynn is the best.

A lovely clinic space, but to be honest I followed Beth Griffing here from a previous location, and she continues to be the most amazing acupuncturist ever. She is super intuitive and attentive, making sure the whole treatment is comfortable and so effective. Helped with some pregnancy-related pain issues more than physical therapy, massage, or chiropractic care, and beyond that I also left feeling incredibly relaxed and peaceful!

My 8 yr old and 11 yr old daughters and I have been receiving acupuncture services from Xander. He has been amazingly patient working with my girls and I appreciate having him part of the team working on our health issues. We are also working with Eva, the nutritionist at All and One. She is knowledgeable, supportive and provides practical, manageable advise. Gabrielle is very skilled at managing the insurance side of things. All around it is a wonderful clinic.

I absolutely love this clinic. I've been seeing Boynn for more than two years for acute and chronic health concerns and general stress maintenance. She's knowledgable and kind and super cool. Of the many clinics I've been to over the years for acupuncture and herbal medicines I have never found one as top quality as All and One.

I highly recommend All and One. Boynn is friendly, attentive and knowledgeable. She's clearly so good at what she does. Best of all, she is so gentle with the needles that I can fully relax. Very helpful! Great location, too.

I am one of those skeptics. I am not sure I think acupuncture works, and if it works, that I don't understand why it does--which is important to me. In other words, it feels a bit woo-woo in my mind. I have read a lot of the reserach and I know that there is some evidence for its efficacy but ONLY if the practitioner knows what they are doing. Some studies suggest that up to 80 % of the practitioners in the research do not place the needles accurately enough.

Despite that, when I have a problem that western medicine can't seem to improve, I return to this alternative. I have gone to Boynn's office for a series of treatments twice. I have been impressed. She is easy to talk with, does a thorough intake, works hard to make me comfortable physically and emotionally. My last treatment I had experienced an unfortunate problem during a medical procedure and been treated with a medication that had dried up my mouth and throat to the point that my tongue was sticking to the skin in my mouth and nothing was working to make it better.

Within a 30 minutes of the treatment the saliva was working again. The treatment was short--Boynn said that after medical treatments, shorter accupuncture treatments are used. Another time I asked her a question about a type of problem and she responded with an explanation of Western thinking about it and then with Eastern thinking/treatment. I know the Western theory and she was right on with what she said.

I think part of what I am saying is that I am impressed with her knowledge and willingness to share it. Currently i am trying to work on motivation around weight loss.seems to be working, perhaps subtlely, so long as I am not exposed to potato chips and good chocolate.

I would absolutely recommend All and One to anyone seeking relief from pain and stress, or anyone who has considered trying acupuncture. Boynn is a wealth of information, and a wonderful listener. She has helped me with low back pain, seasonal allergies, and stress relief. I always walk away from my appointments feeling feel great, and I always learn something new!

I broke my ankle over a year ago and after my physical therapy sessions were over, I was looking for an alternative to taking pain medication for lingering pain. My job involves standing on my feet for 12-13 hours a day. A friend of mine had acupuncture at All and One after his knee surgery and really liked it, so I decided to give it a try. I have been very pleased with the results- I've been going for about five months now and I took a two week vacation to Japan recently where we were walking and sightseeing all day and my ankle felt great!

My ankle isn't perfect, obviously, but it is a lot better than I had hoped it would be post-surgery. I would highly recommend All and One in particular if you are looking for an alternative method to managing pain.
