Services
In order to allow chiropractic care at an affordable rate, we need to keep our overhead low. Therefore, we ask that you book your appointments online via our website or Facebook page and use our Invisible Receptionist for your payments. The doctor will instruct you how to use our Invisible Receptionist at your first visit and instructions will be posted at the check in station. Your first visit will involve a brief consultation and examination where your primary concerns and treatment goals will be discussed. The doctor will then do a Report of Findings and discuss with you her recommended treatment plan. Most likely you will receive your first adjustment at this visit as long as time permits and no other testing and/or imaging is needed.
Adjustments are performed in an open setting and last just a few minutes in length. In order to get the appointment times you desire we suggest booking your appointments online a few weeks in advance. Most new patients are seen 2-3 times a week for the first few weeks.

Dr. Jessica L. Caruso graduated from New York Chiropractic College in Seneca Falls, NY. Her background in personal training has provided her with a thorough and diverse knowledge base in rehabilitation exercises for many of her patients.
Dr. Jess has taught Anatomy & Physiology as well as Nutrition at Hesser College as an adjunct faculty member. Dr. Jess has had the pleasure of working as the local chiropractor for the cast and crew of groups including “So You Think You Can Dance” and “Dancing with the Stars.” In 2008 she was invited to participate in a roundtable healthcare discussion with a presidential candidate. She is also Webster Technique Certified; a very specific technique used with expectant mothers.

I first went to Dr. Jess after I hurt my back, and thanks to regular visits and following her instructions about stretching, icing, and purchasing a more supportive pillow, I am pain free! I couldn't recommend her more highly. Her office is so serene; the soft music is lovely. She is attentive and helpful. I love being her patient!

Dr. Jess is amazing with her skills to help people feel better inside and out. She truly cares about her patients and takes the time to make sure you are satisfied and you never feel rushed going in or out of there. It is very affordable and located in convenient downtown area. I highly recommend pregnant women going for weekly adjustments. I know for myself, I went 5 months of my pregnancy and it really helped with the aches and pains you can develop towards the end of the 3rd trimester.

Dr Jess has been an integral part of my son's health care team. He has suffered from severe GERD for his entire life (he is 2.5 yrs). Healing Hands Community Chiropractic is a really special chiropractic office: it is an open and shared space where patients are treated publicly for other patients to see. This is unique for children who may have been scared by the traditional closed doors and white coat/sterile atmosphere of western medicine.
This is one of the first "offices" my son has felt comfortable in and is always eager to go to. He undoubtedly has been comforted by seeing other people treated similarly (adjusted on a table just like him) and is not at all intimidated by the practice. My son even asks to see Dr Jess when we are in town for other errands. He loves Dr Jess and so do I!
All of this, and he is feeling better every week. Thank goodness we have added chirorpractic to our team of professionals- it has made all the difference. Dr Jess is supportive, professional, respectful, and highly knowledgeable. I definitely recommend her and this unique community practice.

Dr. Jess is a skilled practitioner. After one session my intense pain was gone, and I feel much more balanced the more I go to see her. Her sessions are brief yet thorough, and the premise is a great one -- quality chiropractic care with minimal trappings so it's accessible and affordable. I like the DIY check-in process, and the practical yet intuitive work that Dr. Jess does sets her apart from other chiropractors I've seen. Thank you, Dr. Jess!

The office is a cool vibe with a Seacoast theme including sea shells and a surfboard mounted on the wall. The furniture is modern and warm at the same time with white and birch accents. Most importantly, Dr. Jess is the most intuitive adjusters I've ever had as she's also a Reiki Master and uses her skills to quickly fix my problem areas.

Healing Hands is a rare combination of being convenient and affordable, and intuitive and knowledgeable. Jess obviously cares about each client and works to create a safe and appropriate program of healing for each individual.
