Dr. Kirsten Ferguson, DCDr. Ferguson is originally from Phoenix, Arizona. She received her bachelors degree in 1989 from Lawrence University and her doctorate in 1996 from Palmer College of Chiropractic. Dr. Ferguson has been an active member of the Fern Creek Community Assn and Chamber for 12 years. Her interests are spinal corrective care, nutrition, headaches, prenatal chiropractic and pediatric chiropractic. Her outside interests include reading, landscaping, fitness and martial arts.
Dr. Mark Hoffman, DC
Dr. Hoffman grew up in Princeton, Illinois. He received his bachelors degree from Palmer College and this doctorate in 1996 from Palmer College of Chiropractic. His areas of special interest are extremities and sports chiropractic. His outside interests include fitness, his motorcycle and 4-wheeling in the jeep that he built from the frame up.
Drs. Ferguson and Hoffman are a husband and wife team. They live in Fern Creek and have 2 boys, Bryce and Keagan, and a goldendoodle named Emma. They founded Fern Creek Chiropractic Center in late April 1997 at its original location, across the street from the current location. They take great pride in keeping their practice updated with advanced technology and the latest information for their clients . This office thrives on patient referrals, the highest compliment any doctor can receive.
Tony Heinsohn, Patient Manager/Asst Marketing Director
Tony has been with Fern Creek Chiropractic Center August of 2001. Tony is from Louisville, KY. He has worked at many positions over the years with our practice including therapy assistant, insurance manager and, his current position, patient manager and assistant marketing director. Tony is also a certified limited radiographer. Tony resides in Fern Creek with his partner, Chris, and their three dogs, Winston, Kikko and Boots.
Dwayne Crittendon, Licensed Massage Therapist
Dwayne has been providing quality therapeutic massage for Fern Creek Chiropractic Center since 2006. He is a graduate of the Advanced Therapeutic Massage School. Dwayne lives in Louisville with his wife and 3 children.

Dr Ferguson did dry needling on my lower back. It was the first time I had dry needling done. It didn't hurt at all. I got home and was totally energized! Not sure if it was a coincidence or not but I would certainly do it again and recommend to anyone who's considering it! I also see Dr Hoffman for manual adjustments and he is great too! Both Dr Ferguson and Dr Hoffman are very professional and very knowledgeable. If you're looking for Chiropractic care or any other services they offer you should schedule an appointment with them!

I have been coming here since June of this year. For years my parents have come here. I am extremely satisfied with ever thing Dr Ferguson has done for me! I came in with an I.T. Band problem in my right leg, she has fixed it when the physical therapist couldn't and in less sessions. Her dry needling skills are so good you can barely feel them going in. I highly recommend them for any injuries or back problems. Thank you all very much for helping me out.

Dr. Ferguson is amazing! She always listens to my concerns and addresses them with care and concern. She is flexible and I'm able to make appointments that fit my crazy schedule. I love this place so much I brought each of my three children here on our way home from the hospital! We are happier and healthier because of the care we receive here. As a patient for more than a decade I wouldn't go anywhere else for adjustments and chiropractic care - they care about the whole person and that's amazing!

This was my first time in to see a chiropractor, I must say I really didn't know what to expect. They took X-rays first, which were very thorough. Then Dr. Ferguson came in and had a consultation with me regarding what she saw. It was wonderful, I felt heard and seen in all my concerns. She gave recommendations for changes I should make and exercises to do at home.
When it came time for her to complete my first adjustment again she explained every move in detail. I was in quite a bit of pain when I came in, so much so I was in tears. After she was done, I cannot lie I felt better. I was walking without a limp when I left her and when we decided how often I should come in for adjustments. The young lady at the desk explained how much I would probably pay for each visit. I am now a loyal patron of this office and would highly recommend them!

It was an alright experience. I just needed a more hands on chiropractor. My 2nd appointment, my full body adjustment took only 4 minutes for her to complete. My Extremities (hands and knees) were forgotten. I was in and out with in 14 minutes and 10 of it was the cold laser therapy. Everyone was very nice!

Dr. Ferguson has minimized the amount of migraines I have with her expertise and treatment plan. She recommended the laser she has, for plantar fasciitis; I have noticed a decrease in the amount of pain I feel. It seems to help me recover faster after races too. I highly recommend Fern Creek Chiropractic Center.

This was not a good first chiropractic experience for me. They use tables instead of traditional adjustments, which I don't believe did anything for me. There is no privacy. The adjustments are done out in the open with no curtains, or walls separating you from everyone else in the office including the waiting room and front desk. They did not know how to bill my insurance, so I spent 2 months after I stopped going trying to get that straightened out. And, on my first visit they spent the whole time talking about my deteriorating bones, and herself and her accomplishments. Will not be going back, and do not recommend this place.

Visited with my 96 year old mom for sciatica pain radiating from hip down her leg. With 3 cold laser treatments, she had relief from the sciatic pain! We were extremely pleased with results since we had been to another chiropractor for about 3 weeks without success. Doctors and staff are wonderful! I highly recommend the cold laser treatments!

I have been a patient of Dr. Ferguson's for over 20 years. Many instances she has helped to improve my life. First, she helped with infertility. Second she helped with sciatica that was chronic. In between she has been instrumental in helping with my chronic back pain due to scoliosis. The entire team is amazing and I highly recommend them to anyone!

The best team of chiropractic doctors. My husband and I have had neck, back and leg issues. They have helped us so much and they are so informative. Never have issues with appointments and their massage therapist are great too! Love Tony at the front desk he is a very friendly person when your not feeling your best.

I first met Dr. Ferguson when I made an appointment for the massage therapist in the office for a migraine. I had been to other chiropractors for my headaches with no resolution but after hearing my story she PROMISED she could improve my situation within 2 months of starting treatment. I was skeptical but was willing to give her a try. SHE DID NOT LIE!
She made good on the promise and I have been a loyal follower ever since. At times I don't always take the best care of myself and wait too long to get treatment. I never worry that she is going to give me a hard way to go about it. Every time I walk in the entire office staff treats me as if I was just in the previous week. I trust Dr. Ferguson completely with myself and my children.

Very professional, but make me feel at ease. Knows what they're doing and puts it in terms that are easy to understand. All of the staff are eager to help in anyway. As a surgical tech; I was nervous about chiropractic care , but I fully trust the Dr's. I look forward to this quality of care after my accident and conventional medicine wasn't working. Small steps to start and ready to feel better very soon.

I started because I was referred by a friend who was a doctor. I had lower and upper back pain. Nothing I was doing was working. I was in an automobile accident in 2012 but still suffering in 2014 starting seeing both doctors for adjustments now after several years what a change. They care enough to listen and treat the whole person. I recently did a xray to see the changes in my neck and hips since I first started and I could not believe the difference. I'm In less pain and they keep me walking. I don't know what I would do with out BOTH Dr.
