Classical homeopathy recognizes that health begins with the internal vital force or vital self. The vital self is the intelligent, organizing principle that gives life to an organism. At Vital Self Homeopathy, I see you as a whole living being - not as a specific diagnosis or collection of disparate parts. All spiritual traditions speak of the importance of knowing your inner self and there is good reason for this. By strengthening your inner self, homeopathy brings about balance naturally, without side effects or unnecessary complications.

Initial Consultations
Report
The initial consultation provides you with an opportunity to share your concerns in an open, relaxed, non-judgmental setting. During this 2 hour consultation, Rick will work with you to define your specific symptoms on the physical, mental and emotional levels. He will gather information about your family history, health history, most pressing concerns, dietary preferences and likes and dislikes. This goal of the session is to fully understand the state of your life force so that a natural, homeopathic remedy can be selected in accordance with homeopathic principles of healing.
Follow-Up Consultations
Report
Follow-up consultations last about an hour and provide an opportunity to track how the remedy is working for you. The process of homeopathic treatment evolves gently over time. Homeopathy is evidence-based. I am interested in your specific experience of the remedy and will tailor treatment to your specific needs. As this process unfolds, different remedies may be selected to strengthen your vital force at ever-deeper levels
