Debbie Nesbitt, ARNP, PMHNP-BC, CH is a board certified, Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner with additional certifications in hypnosis related disciplines. Debbie is a strong believer in holistic health care and she draws upon a variety of hypnotherapy tools and techniques to offer clients personalized hypnotherapy solutions. Examples include Guided Imagery, Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP), Cognitive Behavior Therapy, Biofeedback, and Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT). In addition to individualized sessions, Debbie also offers a variety of packages and classes. Examples include Smoking Cessation, Weight Loss, and HypnoBirthing.

As a fully licensed medical professional in the State of Washington, Debbie is also able to help people with management of their medications. Management services include evaluation of current medications, development of strategies as needed for medication changes, and ongoing medication management.

Owner & President

My career began when I was awarded a nursing scholarship to attend an ADN program in Vancouver, WA. After graduating in 1980, I worked in several environments over the years such as the hospital in pediatrics, family clinic, community (geriatrics), and classroom. Finally in 1993, I opened my own business utilizing hypnosis for personal change. Here I was able to tap into the many different holistic modalities that I had come to love and respect. By 1995, I enrolled at Gonzaga University to complete a MSN program in Psychiatric Mental Health Nursing (NP) which I finished in May, 2010. So now I am in the process of integrating these new skills and services into my private practice where I am developing a side specialty working with ADHD in children and adults.
