This place is a terrific health food market with an assortment of organic fruits and vegetables. The staff are friendly and I developed a good rapport with them as I've been a valued customer for quite sometime. The shop also has a few different brands of peppermint oil and other great essential oils, such as lavender. There is also a little area in the front with a nice little spot where they make smoothies, coffee, and tea.

I was really impressed by their bulk food selection and other healthcare/skincare products! (I mostly visit for their bulk foods). I bring my own paper bags weekly, and their employees assist me in filling my orders. Their customer service is very attentive and polite. All of their workers were consciously social distancing and wearing masks.

Their selection of supplements is decent. Food choices are limited and a little pricey. I go there for certain harder to find items. Customer service is almost nonexistent. Often there are two to three woman behind the register but they are so engaged in conversation with each other that ringing up the customer is an after thought. Bewildering

EBT accepted here, as well. Lots of gluten-free and alternative ingredients for everyday meals. Goods from local businesses and farmers, I believe. Bulk (grains, etc.) section definitely worth checking out. Coffee grind and peanut grind also available. Lots of supplements and some nice gift idea section for well-being products.

Every good town needs a health food store, and this is ours. Some of the stuff is a little ridiculously expensive, but such is life at a small health food store. The grass-fed butter is top-notch. I've used the inexhaustible selection of dried herbs, flowers, roots, bark, etc to make fun tinctures with crazy flavors, if you're into that sort of thing.

There's a reason this health food store has been around for over 35 years: They have a knowledgeable and friendly staff, a great section of healthy products (if they don't have what you're looking for they'll try to get it for you), free parking behind the store and a registered Herbalist on-site. Absolutely top shelf!
