Auburn Med Spa

They did a fantastic job! I went to get a wax and had a great experience. Very friendly workers and very clean! I will definitely be going back!

The spa is very clean & may be of good use for other cosmetic treatments, however, they do not offer post-op, lymphatic drainage treatments. Please don't be fooled. Kenny was nice, however, not knowledgeable on post-op care. Wouldn't recommend if you are post-lipo. Update- there is only one LMT in Auburn who is actually certified in Lymphatics. I had a session with her and it was totally different from what Kenny performed and I believe way beyond his scope of knowledge to say he isn't certified.

She's retired now but very knowledgeable on post-op care. She informed me on the importance of having a certification in Lymphatics, rather than just knowing about the techniques. With that, it's so important for us ladies who have undergone lipo to make sure we have educated, certified professionals who are there along our journey to help us gain OPTIMAL results.

With that I don't recommend Kenny. He is rude and ignorant to Lymphatics. There are only 2 techniques of Lymphatic drainage. And to say that they are all not appropriate for clients knowing what each client is coming in for just doesn't make sense. I've never seen or heard any reviews on Kenny and his "post-op clients" so I was really taking a risk booking with to begin with but I was 2 weeks post op and desperately needed a massage.

The spa already informed me that no one had true experience on lipo, but Kenny had done a couple of "those types of massages" but nothing of any substance. He may be good in other areas of massaging, but just not for post-op lipo. If you know, you know. SAVE YA MONEY. I recommend ATL for all post op care with Lipo & other surgeries. They def have the resources and knowledgeable professionals trained on the topic.

I love this spa everyone is so nice! The ladies that do the waxes seriously make u feel so comfortable. They talk to you like an old friend and I love that. I can't wait to get my ombre brows done here I've heard great things! Definitely my favorite place!

I'm 36 weeks pregnant and was given a gift certificate for a prenatal massage. My appointment was with Sheryl and I just had to come on here and recommend her. She was absolutely outstanding. She made me feel extremely comfortable and I left feeling so relaxed and rested. I can't say enough about her and the staff. Everyone was extremely kind and made my first experience here wonderful. I will definitely be going back and booking with Sheryl after I have my baby girl!

Raquel did my eyebrows and tattoo eyeliner and I am so, so pleased! She's very knowledgeable, professional, and so sweet! Same for Summer! She did my wax and I highly recommend her! She's so sweet and makes you feel comfortable within minutes of talking to her. The entire staff is just so amazing!

Haley did a great job on my eyebrow wax! She was kind, educated on proper skin care, and quick. Everything was clean and professional. Enjoyed my first visit!

I scheduled an appointment for a consultation for permanent eyeliner. The receptionist was professional and I have had no issues ever with scheduling. I saw Raquel and she was super sweet and professional. Now, I personally would not do permanent eyeliner again for three reasons. One, although Raquel was super attentive to my needs, needles around your eyes are scary and painful, even with numbing cream. Two, it is expensive, and three, I still find myself putting on eyeliner which defeats the purpose of permanent eyeliner. All in all, would I use Auburn Med Spa again and would I see Raquel again? Yes, on both, just no more tattoos on my eye lids.

I enjoy going to Auburn Med Spa. They have an amazing spa environment, friendly and knowledgeable staff, and many services to choose from!

Just recently I got the prenatal massage, I last got one at 13 weeks it was good but my most recent trip yesterday at 37 weeks with the massage therapist Kenny, was excellent. He was very informative and I could tell he genuinely cares about the comfort and relaxation of his clients.

I feel like Auburn Med Spa is the best place in the Auburn-Opelika area to receive spa treatment from. Everyone is so kind and accommodating, from the receptionist to the therapists this place is truly a gem.

Haley is extremely educated and walked me through the whole process of my treatment. She answered all of my (many) questions and made me feel very comfortable. I would definitely recommend Auburn Med Spa.

The young ladies are very friendly n attentive. They are taking measures to keep us safe. Raquel Mack is so wonderful. I am in my sixties n have alopecia and had virtually no eyebrows. I have eyebrows now do to Rachel's talent. I live in Montgomery n drove to Auburn after researching who did eyebrows in Alabama. Her credentials were many as well as her experience. Rachel gave me back a part of my self that I had lost.

She is very informative n such a lovely person. She makes you feel relaxed n explains the procedure. Thankyou Raquel for helping me feel better about myself when I look in the mirror.

I had my first deep tissue massage today by Sheryl. It was incredible.

I had a great microblading experience with Sarah. It's amazing how she made my bald spots on my eyebrows look like actual hair. I highly recommend!

Reagan is the absolute best. Easily the best massage I've ever had. She's got a great personality and makes you feel so comfortable. Will definitely go back and tell everyone else to as well. Definitely worth the money

This place is great : I go every six weeks or so for waxing, and usually have Lauren, she's so sweet and really friendly. They make the experience as quick and painless as waxing can be! Every time I've been I've never waited more than 5 minutes past my appointment time. They're also very sanitary and don't reuse wax sticks or anything like that. I always feel very comfortable here.

Had a very relaxing deep tissue massage. Have had other services in the past. Beautiful new building and I like the location.

Extraordinary Experience! Don't waste your money going anywhere else! I have been getting massages for years, but the best deep tissue massage I've ever had was right here in Auburn. The massage therapist, Sheryl Reese, listened to my concerns and trouble areas (I carry stress in my neck and shoulders.) and performed miracles in relieving the tenseness, relaxing the muscles/tissues, and decreasing the overall tightness. I feel better than I have with multiple trips to the chiropractor. This was my first trip but it certainly won't be my last.

I just had my first Brazilian wax done today at Spa Auburn. The technician Summer was sooo good. She was real fast and that helped a lot. She was also very nice and calm by trying to relax and encourage me. The interiror at Spa Auburn was decent, welcoming and cozy. I liked it a lot. Spa Auburn is another reason for me to love Auburn even more! War eagle!

Sometimes, you never know how good you've got it. When I lived in Auburn, my roommate took upon herself the monumental task of turning my introverted MolB-nerd ugly duckling self into a shining socialite. she never completely succeeded, but I did learn a few things about proper feminine hygiene along the way. Rule #1: When getting waxing done (and I mean ANY kind). run, do not walk, to Spa Auburn.

With the exception of one hard-wax-under-the-arms experience (never put on deodorant before getting waxed! YEOWCH!), I do not have any bad memories of Spa Auburn. The staff is incredibly attentive and helpful. The waxes they use are gentle (which I appreciated most during those harrowing Brazilians), even on sensitive skin like mine. The women who work there are simultaneously classy and amiable, and I always left feeling refreshed and rejuvenated.

Perhaps it's the soothing ambiance, or unobtrusive aromatherapy candles. but most likely it was the consistently friendly, efficient and thorough work of the staff. I miss my Spa Auburn.
