Claudia Did a Great Job with Massage. Chiropractor did an okay job at adjustment. (Didn't lock my hips in and was sliding all over the table). Major complaint I have is how much the Masseuse mentioned wanting me to leave her a review. (At least 3 times). I also receive muliple annoying spammy texts asking me to schedule an appointment. Very pushy and comes across desperate. Here's your review you asked for.

Didn't have a problem with the clinic until I received a bill about 6 months after I've stopped going. According to Cheryl, it's the insurance not having paid that portion. I don't believe the insurance coverage changes in two days on the same month. It looks more like the clinic accidentally charged less for two visits for some reason and is trying to fix their mistake without actually admitting it. I am very disappointed in ever having come to this clinic, and don't recommend it.

Purchased a Groupon for services. I found out, after I had arrived, that I was given the wrong appointment time. Set new appointment. Was told, after I had been there almost an hour, that I couldn't be seen unless I had a negative Covid test-even thought it had been almost 8 weeks, I was cleared by my doctor, and was following all of their protocols.
I had been in their office twice. Driven across town twice. To not be seen twice. They had nothing posted, and never told me anything about needing a negative Covid test to be seen. They did me the favor of contacting Groupon to get my money refunded.

Today it was my first appointment at this location. Cierra was very friendly and professional to set my appointment. Dr. Franklin & Dr. Stevens did a great in explaining my spine problems in detail. I got my first treatment today and it went great and felt much better afterwards. I recommend this clinic because of its great location and amazing teamwork they show towards there patients.

So blessed to be treated by Franklin Chiropractic services. As a nurse, I was beginning to think pain was part of normal daily life. With the adjustments and massages during weekly treatments my back improved greatly along with other issues. James, LMT knew where to fix trigger spots on neck, back, shoulders to relieve stress spots and my feet to be able to provide pain relief to do my job. I am so grateful to the amazing staff. Love them.

I, for one, had no problem with Franklin chiropractic until I was charged exam fee without being informed. the worse part is that I was treated as if I was receiving a favor (I was told they were going to charge me $140.00 but they decided to do me a favor and charge me $45.00) PLEASE BEWARE THAT THE FRONT DESK LADIES TURN THIS PLACE INTO A SHADY BUSINESS, IN WHICH YOU CAN GET CHARGED HIDDEN FEES WITHOUT BEING INFORMED. Such an unprofessional staff for such a good service.

I had a lot of pain associated from thyroid surgery. My neck was stiff, my back felt twisted. It was pretty unbearable. I went to Dr Franklin and was given a regimen of adjustments and physical therapy. After a couple of visits I felt a lot better! I followed the regimen and was literally pain free after about a month. I did this without taking harsh drugs.
Maybe I took a Tylenol once in awhile, but that was all I needed. I have continued to get adjustments about once a month because I work at a desk in front of a computer. By getting the adjustments I am able to stay pain free unless I injure myself in another way. After awhile I also asked them about other issues such as weight gain, arthritis pain and more.
They helped me realize that there are solutions. You don't always have to turn to surgery to fix your pain. I had pain, they fixed it, I call it my spa now. Oh, and their massage therapist is amazing too. If you want to feel better, go see Dr Franklin.
