I was visiting Madison from out of town and needed to get an adjustment and wanted cold laser treatment. Dr. James Spannetta was able to fit me in right away. I came over hobbling with pin in my Lower back and now I'm walking out tons better. His intake was smooth, his humor helped me feel comfortable and the care was comprehensive and priced very fair. I felt like he could have charged more but don't tell him I said that! Great value.

I have lower back pain and I have been to dr. Jim spennetta many times and have always had good service he cares about his patients and always asking how things are going he has office people that help you with billing to your insurance or pay on your own they also great you when you come in to your appointment I highly recommend him as a chiropractor and tries his best to fix whatever is wrong.

I love Dr. Spennetta. his adjtments' physical therapy and the exercise that he suggests is just right I suffer from Degenerative disk disease and both sciatic nerves are irritated as well as upper back pain and he keeps me from needing medication and surgery. Awesomeness

Alittle about me. Ive had pretty bad lower back pain since i was 14. Intense aches, pulling sensations, and weakness. Now im 22, and just recently the aches became so bad. I could barley breath and would need to sit down. I was always terrified of chiropractic work. Litteraly no one, not even myself touches my spin. Dr. Spennetta does work on my older brother and was suggested I see him.

I decided to give it a shot, Unaware to the cause of the pain and being really nervous. It was quite the experience. Ive now done my second visit. And writting a book for a review. If thats not saying this Doc does fantastic work. I dont know what will. Litteraly back pain no more. Unbelievable. Better yet, Dr. Spennetta does really well easing your mind before getting started. 6 Stars.

Dr. Spenetta does a great job of finding and correcting problem areas without turning chiropractic care into a long-term, regular commitment. I definitely recommend this clinic for its professionalism and quality of care.

I've been experiencing migraines for some time. They were starting to become more frequent and intense (weekly). I came in for the first time during one of my episodes. I've been seeing Dr. Spennetta regularly for 3 months and haven't had one during that time. 5 stars for sure.

While on vacation in Madison I developed severe pain in my neck and back. My uncle called the clinic and I was given an appointment two hours later. Little did I realize that Dr Spennetta's office was actually closed that day and he came in just to treat me. The treatment was wonderful, I felt much better soon after and the shoulder pain that I had been carrying around for months was immediately gone! Thanks for the help!

Working with Dr. Spennetta was actually a great experience. He is not only professional but he has a great sense of humor, so not only was it physically therapeutic but he was also psychologically therapeutic. when you are in real pain sometimes laughter is also a medicine. As a child, I had a very poor (traumatic) experience with a chiropractor; mostly because I was not informed. After injuring my lower back at the gym to the extent that I could not even sleep at night because of such severe pain (much less move, sit, stand or walk) I decided a chiropractor was probably going to be my best bet. Because it was a holiday weekend, every other chiropractic office in the Madison-area was closed.

After a quick Google search though, I found Spennetta Chiropractic to not only have business hours over the weekend, but they were able to get me in immediately. After properly informing me of all the benefits of chiropractic, several x-rays and an adjustment, Dr. Spennetta had me not only in less pain, but feeling almost like myself again! After just ONE adjustment!

It took only several more visits after that first one to be completely well again and now I am a firm believer in regular adjustments! I go once a month for maintenance and I have never felt better! Dr. Spennetta is a miracle worker. I could not more strongly recommend him!
