Dr. Ciancioli is awesome! very clean office calm vibe, relaxing music playing comfortable atmosphere, very nice staff.

Dr. Cianciolo is super nice and honest. Appointments are easy to schedule. Most of the time I would call the day of or walked in and was able to get seen.

Lots of confidence in Dr. John. He knows what he is doing. Also, the office staff is great. They like appointments, but are always accommodating if I'm in real pain.

I can't say enough good things about Dr John and his staff! I had really bad pain in my upper back. They fitted me in quickly. Dr John is very knowledgeable and emphatic medical professional. To make a long story short, it ended up being shingles but Dr J diagnosed that and got me to my PCP pronto so as to begin treatment! I owe a big thank you to him and his staff! Easy access, parking and nice setting all big plusses in my book. Two thumbs up!

Every appointment (after the initial consult) begins with relaxing stim and a hot pack and then some stretching before the adjustment. Self check out if super quick and easy as well.

His prices are reasonable (even as first time/new patient), no one tries to sell you on going "wellness plans", and the visits aren't rushed. I've never had a chiropractor use the TENS machine before and I LOVE it! Makes the whole visit that much more thorough and relaxing.

After that the regular rate is $50 and this rate is reimbursed by Yale Medical insurance plan in full. They even provide the envelope and form for you to fill out. One can almost always guarantee a next day appointment, sometimes a same day appointment, and if you need those short notice appointments flexibility is usually preferred. Meaning, if you need an appointment and John is booked, you may be seen by someone else in the clinic.

I have recurring lower left back pain that gets triggered by excessive strain and/or sitting. I was unsure about seeing a new chiropractor after moving to New Haven, but I took a chance since my pain was increasing daily and home treatments weren't doing the trick. Dr. Cianciolo instantly identified and fixed my issue with a single alignment--I was pain-free within 6 hours of my appointment. The doctor and his staff are warm and professional, and I recommend this clinic highly.

I've been to numerous chiropractors, in numerous states, and John is the best in the business for the following reasons: He allows walk-in appointments whenever, which works great for me, he is very experienced and very fast - I never wait long, the adjustments are quick and effective. He is very friendly, and even paying is painless and easy, using a modern system that doesn't require a cashier on hand to assist you. Highly recommended.

Made an appointment after reading positive Yelp reviews. Without any notification; was scheduled with his apprentice who was OK - nothing special. Yale Health reimburses $50 and he charges more for each visit. Don't waste your time or $.

I was reluctant to go to a chiropractor, but when I injured my back at the gym. My friend suggested I see Dr. Cianciolo. Dr. Cianciolo was professional, and most importantly he knew how to treat my back pain! He treated me 3 times-back was better! I like that he didn't try to sell me on treatments-just told me to come back if my back acted up!

If you need a chiropractor this is where you want to go. Dr Cianciolo and his staff are the best! I highly recommend Dr John Cianciolo for your chiropractic care.
