Clean office, super friendly and knowledgeable staff. Dr's Mike and Gina were amazing after my accident. My car was hit from behind and I came into the office and my shoulders were noticeably crooked. After my treatments they were straight. What a difference! Gregg is a wonderful massage therapist, he made a huge difference in my recovery. Thanks Back In Motion!

Came during business hours 3:30pm but no one was up front at the desk, so I sat in the lobby and a lady walked past me from the back and left (a client). After about 15 mins the lights were shut off so I'm sitting in the dark at around 3:45pm. I figured they're closing so I leave still haven't even been acknowledged that I'm there or anything. As I'm in my car calling the place to see if I can get some answers a elderly lady walks out and is locking the door, I asked if she worked there and she said she's just a counseler.
I asked her if she could've atleast said something to me or tell me no one's here but here and her response was she's just works her own office in the back and she doesn't deal with the front desk. OK I appreciate that thanks for letting me sit there for no reason. Definitely will not be coming back even with my free half hour coupon. That's not how you handle new customers.

I am from Virginia and on vacation and wrenched my back. I called back in motion and they got me right in and did a fantastic job. Gina is amazing, she got me straightened out, literally, and I feel better after one adjustment. I have used the same Chiropractor in Maryland for 20 some years and refused to ever go to anyone else, but I highly recommend Gina and back in motion. Thanks for a awesome experience

By far, hands down and without a doubt, this place is absolutely amazing. Forget the reason I'm here, the "family" that welcomes and genuinely cares for you is never heard of anymore. Back in Motion seems like a friendly and accommodating place, however I personally have time and time again experienced impolite behavior from the staff. I am a student with fibromyalgia and TMJ issues and initially approached the staff for chiropractic help, they were accommodating at first but then became short after I ran in to financial issues and could not afford my visit.
I could understand the feeling of frustration if a patient cancels an appointment but their reactions to my circumstances were rude. (This is my second google review I am posting because, in my first one-star review of this establishment, they happened to reply back and include my insurance benefits in the comment. That was personal information I was not comfortable with having on google reviews so I deleted that post.)

Best place in the state to get a massage! Not only is Greg friendly, respectable and great at making you feel comfortable, he's also the best at working out all the stress and knots that cause all of the muscular pain. Perfect for giving as a gift, for treating yourself or because the day ends in a Y. I drive about an hour to get there and it's more than worth it; I'd drive hours of I had to, it's that worth it! Having had pain from arthritis for so long, I never realized what relief I could get from a massage! I have had massages previously but this time Gregg. my massage therapist worked on my problem areas where for the first time, my pain was reduced to a point that I have complete mobility.
