The service is always very good. They take their time with you, they are very caring and patient. I love they have appointments from very early to later on at night. I highly recommend this place, even got my dad to go to help with his back issues!

Staff is very professional and kind. Doctors really know their stuff. Was apprehensive in the beginning. I suffered a ruptured quad tendon and the rehabilitation is long and painful. The rehabilitation therapy I received there allowed me to regain my range of motion weeks ahead of schedule. I would definitely recommend them to my friends and family.

I am extremely impressed with this practice. I was delighted to find multidisciplinary services offered within one practice and within walking distance from my home. The office is very well run and all the practitioners I am working with are professional, highly trained, and personable. The facility is well-maintained with all the needed sanitary precautions during this very challenging time. I feel like I am finally on the right track to addressing my rehabilitation needs.

I have been to a few different chiropractors over the years and after one visit at Forest Hills Rehabilitation I can say this is the best experience I have ever had. Even after just one visit I felt better than I had in months. The office is very clean and updated, the exam was thorough (I met with both Dr. Van Daly & Joe the Nurse Practitioner). It was very comprehensive and I was not rushed.

I do not feel like I was pushed into an excessive amount of treatments for money purposes or anything, and I feel Dr. Van Daly was very honest with me in regards to my treatment plan and what is needed going forward. In addition, I finally have some sort of idea of what's wrong with my back and why after so many years of treatment it hasn't actually improved with other providers! With the combination of chiropractic + physical therapy (also offered in office) I am excited to see some results!

All the staff in this facility starting with the person in charge of giving appointments, the therapist and assistants are highly professional and very friendly. The facility is always clean and comfortable. Thank you for the prompt service and accommodating us to our needs.

Mr. Carlos is Very professional, courteous, friendly, highly skilled therapist. This is the best practice to go to for all your therapy needs. Forest Hill Rehabilitation staff are the best.they are kind, knowledgeable and professional. Mike, Dr. Ray, Eric and Arvin are really very good. Mohammed was my Physical Therapist - very knowledgeable and explained things that he did with patience. He is excellent! As a result, My right shoulder rotator cup injury and hair line fracture was almost completely healed 98-99 %. I am sure that my orthopedic MD will say when I see him that I will not need surgery because my shoulder is very functional and healed. Thank you so much FHR staff.

Forest Hills Rehabilitation has a truly excellent staff, each specializing in different areas, and I recommend them highly! Their care and expertise made this experience far superior to any physical therapy I had before. Carlos, my extraordinarily gifted physical therapist, helped me recover from rotator cuff surgery in a third of the usual time! He has an amazing overview about the interrelated workings of the body, and designed specific exercises to treat my body weakness which caused the injury, not just ordinary, textbook movements. Eric, who oversaw all my prescribed exercises in their gym, kindly and gently corrected my alignment throughout, which helped build my strength and encouraged me to keep trying. Thank you to Carlos, Eric, Dr. Ray, Sonia - for getting me back to my life quickly and feeling strong again!
