You know how glad I am with my Yoga classes but, somehow when I think it's about as nice as life can get, I experience a new level of physical and mental comfort. I am like a child who has discovered a new world and I can't seem to learn enough about this Stuff. Yoga ranks right up there with gardening which I loved since I was a little girl!

River Rock is consistent with quality and professionalism. I treasure my time there. I have been attending classes at River Rock for over 10 years. I have taken classes on all levels depending on what my mind and body needed at any specific time. River Rock has always provided quality teachers, classes and a community I am grateful to be a part of. I have grown so much as a student and as person.

I am still very new to yoga and am eternally grateful to have this studio in person and online. I have taken classes from every teacher available and have been consistently impressed. This is a very warm, welcoming space with very high quality practice. I am currently using the online classes exclusively and am really enjoying learning and staying active. I highly recommend them.

River Rock Yoga and Pilates has been a comfort to me for many years, but now more than ever. When the stresses of these times seem too much, I know I can turn to this beautiful studio to help soothe my mind and release tension from my body. In addition to calming my mind with yoga, Pilates has strengthened and toned my muscles in a shorter time than weight training ever could. The teachers are loving, compassionate people, and all levels are welcome. They also offer online classes! I highly recommend this studio.

I've been taking classes at River Rock for over a year, and it is a top-quality studio with incredibly talented instructors who share their knowledge and passion for yoga with their students. Going to yoga at River Rock is one of the best parts of my week. I always leave feeling more relaxed and uplifted. I'm definitely not a hardcore yogi, and I'm very inflexible, so don't be intimidated by yoga! There are classes at all levels and even classes for true beginners. If you want to feel better, sign up for a class. You won't regret it!

From beginner to advanced, River Rock Yoga and Pilates creates a welcoming, comfortable and supportive environment for everybody to learn, practice and grow. I did the Yoga Teacher Training and not only has the experience has been truly special and transformative, it is the memories and lifelong friendships that will last forever. It is through River Rock that I have found a life long mentor in yoga and in life.
I am truly grateful to be a student of River Rock Yoga and Pilates. If you are looking for yoga or Pilates that rejuvenates body, mind and soul: I recommend River Rock Yoga and Pilates.

One of the greatest little spots in Mississippi. Not only do they have amazing classes and wonderfully knowledgeable staff, but the atmosphere is uplifting and relaxing. I've spent many hours calming my soul, building my strength and confidence, enjoying personal growth and meeting new friends. Highly recommend, even if just passing through and stopping for a drop in class.

The teachers of River Rock truly hold the heart of yoga in every class. I started classes here in 2017. I moved away from MS and now in 2020 I've have had the opportunity to take virtual classes to continue my practice with some of the teachers that have inspired me so greatly. The teachers here meet you where you are. It's a non judgment, caring and inviting atmosphere. My favorite thing about RR that you don't find at every studio is that the philosophy teachings of the practice are often intertwined with the classes.

I took a vinyasa class here, and it was very good. I like that they offer classes on weekends also, and their prices aren't bad. The room smells good and they had plenty of extra supplies for students. I wish they offered hot yoga more often though because I can't make it at the one time they have it right now.

The instructors here are great- very knowledgeable and all have their own styles. Clarissa is by far my favorite for a tougher session. I would give the studio five stars however I found a few of their business practices flawed. First, there isn't always a receptionist, so if you're a newbie and have questions about signing up you need to get to the studio before or after a class when the instructor is available to help. Second, their auto-pay payment plan is the most economical for my situation, however I hate auto pay and feel less in control of my money.
I wish they had the $75 a month plan, even to include a three month contract, but let me pay the bill by a certain date. They could even charge a late fee, that's fair. Its just frustrating to know I automatically re-up the auto payments if I don't cancel (by the way you need to provide the written notice 30 days in advance, even if you feel confident you cancelled online.what written notice you may ask?
The one mentioned when you first sign up, but you never hear about again until your bank account is charged without your knowledge and you call to complain). Third, the biggest disappointment, on three occasions the classes I had signed up for and worked into my schedule were cancelled. How did I find out? Two times I commuted 20 minutes to find the studio empty and the third I was luckily planning my next week's classes and saw the cancellation online.
We sign up for the classes so the instructor or a studio representative can send out a text or email letting everyone know class is cancelled. Some people plan work-outs, others commute long distances. Its one thing if there's no online sign up sheet, but there is, they should utilize it. All in all if you're looking for a yoga studio in the area, I suggest River Rock, just tread with a watchful eye on your time and money.

I went here for the Gentle Yoga class with Shawn and LOVED it. I haven't done yoga for a long time, and can't tell you the last time I did anything that could qualify as exercise. I was nervous because my previous experiences with yoga in general had varied, but I couldn't have felt more at peace here. There were no mirrors, just soft lighting around the room and low music.
The class was focused on relaxing, so it was easy to follow. I was absolutely stress-free by the end of the class. I highly recommend the Gentle Yoga class, and can't wait to go back. Hopefully I will eventually go to the beginner classes.

I love this place. It is a very calming and caring environment. I happened upon the Yoga Nidra class. Although I don't know how often this is offered, I highly recommend it to anyone who has trouble relaxing. I only visit this area once a year on business. Throughout my travels, yoga studios are hard to find. Stumbling upon this gem allows me to continue a healthy practice. Thank you for being there! Namaste!
