I've been seeing Eunice for over a year now for chronic pain in my entire body and it's safe to say that she is now a part of my weekly routine! I live a busy and active lifestyle and not only has she been able to help me manage my day to day life better, but she is so kind and always wants to help me find a solution to any type of pain or discomfort that I'm feeling.

I was run over by a car when I was six years old and have chronic pain from that. I had been feeling lost and discouraged when it came to my pain management, and have always been interested in acupuncture but didn't know where to start. I got referred to Eunice by a patient of mine and I'm so lucky to have discovered her services. She made the process so easy when I first started.

Her website is simple and easy to navigate, and along with accepting my insurance, her pricing is extremely reasonable. Eunice is extremely knowledgeable, gentle, and talented when it comes to the human body and comes highly recommended by many!

I highly recommend Eunice as an acupuncturist. She is extremely experienced and knowledgeable as I immediately felt comfortable in her care. She is especially skilled when it comes to fertility/prenatal care and I absolutely trust her recommendations. She knows the human body very well and is great with any back or neck pain you might be feeling. She is professional, kind, and is very responsive when it comes to trying to book appointments. I only wish I could see her more often!

Eunice is a miracle worker. You cannot find a better Acupuncturist and Herbalist in the Bay area. You will see the positive difference after your first appointment. She is a real deal, highly professional, knowledgeable and an expert in her field bar none. You feel like a new person even after the first appointment. Amazing! and her fan for many years to come.

Eunice is AMAZING! I couldn't have asked for a better acupuncturist (and I have seen several, as I have moved around a lot). She's super friendly, knowledgeable, and I always walk out of a session feeling like a brand new person. She listens to you carefully, remembers your previous issues and makes sure she addresses all (or most) issues in that session. Since moving away, I still drive 45 minutes just so I can continue to see her. Keep up the great work Eunice!

This review is regarding Eunice's labor induction service. I was 8 days past my due date and desperate to avoid a chemical induction. Eunice was kind enough to squeeze me in at the last minute so I had an evening appointment on a Tuesday (my induction was scheduled for that Friday). After my evening appointment I went home and did several squats, as Eunice suggested, but felt quite normal, just more relaxed.

Later that night I woke up at 1:30 am because contractions had begun! At 12:41 pm Wednesday my son was born! He was healthy and beautiful, weighing 7 lbs 3.7 oz. :) My husband and I are so in love with him, and I am so grateful for Eunice's help with this journey! I truly believe it was her acupuncture treatment that allowed me to avoid the induction and have the unmedicated labor I wanted. Thank you, thank you, thank you!

I started working with Eunice about 3 years ago to help me get pregnant. AND SHE DID! When I started seeing Eunice, my FSH was 18 and my AMH was less than 0.16. She started treating me over the course of a year and after taking the herbs she recommended, my FSH had come down below 5 and I ended up becoming pregnant that same cycle. Eunice is very knowledgable about fertility issues and has a solid understanding of a woman's cycle and hormones.

She is very professional, attentive, kind, thorough and compassionate. Throughout the course of our treatments, she took detailed notes, followed my progress, helped keep me positive and gave me words of encouragement. She also has a very gentle hand--so the actual treatment is very relaxing. Her offices are very clean and she strips the bed sheets after each client.

The best part of the story is that I went to see her the day before my due date to give me a treatment that would hopefully help stimulate labor.no joke.three hours later my water broke and I delivered my baby the next day. Thank you Eunice! I am forever grateful to you.

I've been going to Eunice for almost a year now and she has been a vital part of my journey to improving my overall health. Up until a few years ago I lived a pretty unhealthy lifestyle with poor eating habits, no exercise and no self awareness of my body and health. I had many stress related health complications such as IBS, acid reflux, moderate scalp psoriasis, poor sleep quality, and other ailments.

It really affected my quality of life as I constantly felt under the weather and not 100%. As part of my effort to heal myself as holistically as possible, I decided to try acupuncture. This was when I found Eunice! Let me start by saying that I am deathly afraid of needles and I was terrified of my first appointment but honestly its doesn't hurt that much, just a tiny prick. Eunice is very kind, patient, calming, funny and caring.

She listens to all my issues and offers treatments for them. Most of the time her suggestions include life style changes on top of acupuncture treatments, diet restrictions and herbal medications. She also gives me ideas on how to take on stressful events in life with a different mentality which is really half the battle. She is confident and knowledgeable with her treatment plans and I can say that my health issues have improved significantly since I started seeing her. Eunice has also treated me when I was coming down with a cold and no joke, it went away with in the next day and a half.

I recently also had some shoulder/arm pain which Eunice was able to release and heal. The practice has an easy to use online appointment system and Eunice helps you with insurance and flex spending questions/issues. Parking near the office is always super easy.

Thank you Eunice for helping my low back pain. The herbs she mixes also helped me get better after a nasty cold. Eunice even saw me a day before her due date, while on maternity leave. I needed more herbs and a treatment because I was sick with a bad cough. Acupuncture really helps a number of medical issues. I even fall asleep during treatments because they are so relaxing.

I have been seeing Eunice for more than 6 months-- I started before I began trying to conceive and continue to see her weekly through my first trimester. Eunice is a great source of information about fertility and pregnancy and pays close attention to all symptoms and concerns in a professional and caring manner. The office is beautiful, with calming music and little heaters for your feet while you are resting. I highly recommend Eunice to anyone interested in trying Acupuncture for fertility.

I saw both Joanna and Eunice throughout my pregnancy for treatments. Both ladies are fantastic skilled professionals. I believe very much in what they do and know that the are motivated by helping people. As far as pregnancy accupuncture goes I felt lucky to have found them and that they were so close to where I live. Subtract only one star because the climate control in their offices never felt right. sometimes the rooms were a little stuffy which made it hard to relax.

Also scheduling was challenging sometimes because evening hours would have been more helpful but there were not a lot of options. Overall, no regrets. I will keep seeing them now after pregnancy needs have gone away.

A friend referred me to Eunice and I am so happy that she did. I live a very high stress life and with it comes a variety of things: headaches, tension, insomnia, fibroids, a sense of fog, digestive issues, etc. that Eunice helped me work through. I first started seeing Eunice for my infertility issues about 3 years ago. Through the weekly treatments and herbs, we were finally able to get pregnant last year and now have a healthy 3 month old boy. During the pregnancy, Eunice treated my varicose veins, eczema, and various leg and back pains. She was very thorough in her knowledge and professional, listened well, and always encouraging through the difficult times. To top it off, my OB was pregnant at the time and also recommended her. I plan to go back to Eunice in the future and have recommended her to many of my friends!

I came to Eunice dejected after many failed infertility treatments. Not only did her extensive knowledge of acupuncture rejuvenate me on my journey, her positive and supportive attitude encouraged me along. Most of all she was realistic, offering no false hopes and requiring plenty of effort on my part, no free rides or miracle cures. I have a lot of respect for Eunice because of this.

She is fast to laugh and of easy spirit which was of great help as well. Her non-needling techniques such as the use of herbs were extremely effective as well. I went to her for infertility but experienced great relief from a multitude of other aliments I never considered treatment for such as back pain, colds and lack of energy. In addition Eunice was incredibly dedicated. IVF is a grueling, time consuming and time sensitive process, she made herself available through the whole process.

She was vested in the outcome. This all made me feel so supported which was extremely important and refreshing. I did become pregnant and have had an exceptionally easy pregnancy, in no small part due to my continued acupuncture treatments. The few issues that have come up Eunice has been able to help me address. Infertility treatments are not cheap and neither is acupuncture, although Live Well is in line with the cost of other practices.

However a wonderful practitioner like Eunice is actually cost effective because of results. She also worked hard to get my insurance company to cover a portion of the treatments; working through many insurance provider changes, even when I said it was a lost cause. I look forward to having Eunice treat my new child and anticipate it saving money in the long run due to decreased sick days for both of us. Being a mother of young children herself Eunice's insight goes beyond Eastern medicine and I look forward to her continued advice and encouragement.

My wife and I, under recommendation went to another acupuncturist and after about a year's worth of treatments was very skeptical about using acupuncture for fertility. But, after seeing Eunice, we can say that she is very attentive, takes the time to explain the process to you and about her diagnosis -- and today we are now past our first trimester. Her help along with others has gotten us to this point and we're soo grateful!

I went to Eunice for a Labor Induction acupuncture treatment when I was several days past my pregnancy due date and trying to avoid having to do chemical induction at the hospital. Luckily, she was able to fit me in for an appointment later that day. Eunice explained the procedure very thoroughly to me. There is some discomfort associated with this particular procedure (which apparently is not true of most acupuncture procedures), and Eunice was very good about making sure I was OK and respecting my limits.

Good news - I went into labor later that same night! I was past my due date, so it is possible I would have gone into labor that night anyway, but I do think that the acupuncture treatment helped speed things along. I highly recommend Eunice.

Facial Acupuncture Treatment! At first when I heard about it, I wasn't sure what it was all about - but after a consultation with Eunice and trying it for the first time, I'm sold! It decreased my wrinkles as well as lifted some of the areas that sag with age. After the first treatment, I noticed a difference in my skin tone and complexion right away.

She also made some recommendations for my diet and habits, which made a difference in the way I feel. I also noticed that the acupuncture really helped with an old back pain. I definitely recommend it! It's a treat that I look forward to every week.

I must admit that I'm pretty new to Eastern medicinal techniques. I've struggled with tension headaches, stiff shoulders and general discomfort whenever I start training hard for outrigger paddling. I came to Eunice on the recommendation of a friend. She is very professional and knowledgeable. The thing that I appreciated most was that she took the time to explain to me what exactly was going on with my body from an eastern perspective.

I think she understands that her new patients might not necessarily buy into it, but that it's her job to help you understand so that you can make that leap of faith. Her approach is wholistic, taking into account, not only the acute physical aspects of my pain, but also my entire lifestyle (i.e. diet). I gotta say, it was rather eye-opening! I've been active all my life and I've always dealt with pain the "normal" way.pop a few advils, stretch a little, and work through the pain.

I definitely look at things a little differently now. I realize my review isn't necessarily focused around the needles which you do feel a little. For me, it was the realization that I didn't need to take unnatural substances to help my body recover. The human body is a self-healing, self-regulating organism.we just need to help it a little. For newbies, all I can say is that you may not buy into it. EVEN when you feel better.but let the results speak for themselves. You may be surprised. =)

Those of you who have had acupuncture before: I'd really recommend going to see Eunice for your treatments Those of you who haven't: I was pretty skeptical before getting an acupuncture treatment- really really skeptical, but a friend persuaded me and so I tried it with a not-too open mind. But shockingly enough, the treatment helped me the first time I went (knee & foot injury) so I've been back for other things, mostly my occasional migraines. No, you don't really feel the needles, well, I didn't- Eunice is really good about that.

I mean, I can tell they're there, but they don't hurt. So don't worry about that part at all. Just give it a try. The new place is down in Burlingame pretty close to Bart so you can get there easily from the city if you don't have a car.
