Wow! Just had my first adjustment, second appointment. Three words, Fab You Lis! I write this as I'm getting a full body hydro-massage that's turing me into the best jelly ever! I should have done this years ago! If you suffer from back pain like I do, do yourself and your body a solid and make the appointment. Dr. Clark was informative, patient, and downright awesome. And don't even get me started on how amazing the deep tissue massage was. So good it'll make you want to slap somebody! Can't wait for my next appointment!

Patient beware. I have been to many chiropractors in my life and never felt this way before. *The constant staff turnover to include the doctor staff was a red flag. *Schedule yourself lots of time for your visit. While it is true they get you out of the lobby quickly, it was customary to experience lengthy waits to see the doctor. *I now know why they make you initial the treatment sheet for every single thing they do each time you go in to include each individual area they adjust. you find out a couple months later that the insurance won't pay for all that and you owe them more money beyond what you pay each time for your copay. *I ordered orthotics and learned at the time I was looking thru the catalog that you could buy a second pair for $99.

Although it seemed like a lot for flip flops, I decided to get those in addition to the shoe insert orthotics. My flip flops arrived but no shoe inserts, I asked and asked again when I would be getting them and was told over and over they were coming. They never did. After almost 2 months of waiting I told them to cancel my order and refund my money.

They said they would only refund $99. In spite of my protest, I finally agreed to that about, which meant I spent $299 for FLIP FLOPS. They issued me a check for $99 and I thought that was the end of the saga. but it wasn't. I just received a bill from Terlup Chiropractic for $99! I called them, certain it was a billing mistake. It wasn't.

They said I had never paid for the second pair so I owed them the money back. They couldn't explain how any of this happened. *The last straw came when I learned they charge almost TWICE the about of a nearby chiropractor for traction therapy. I have a herniated disc and a bulging disc. In order to avoid surgery, traction is highly recommended.

I specifically asked if they had a DRX9000 for treatment of that type of injury. They said they didn't but had something just as good. If it does the same thing. why does it cost so much more? Terlup Chiropractic has the pizzazz with a nice office, flashy sign, fresh infused water, elegant landscaping and even music piped out to the parking lot. I was impressed.at first. The inner workings however made me realize it is all about the billable services.

Started going here almost a year ago after a car accident. when I walked in I couldn't move my neck and I was in so much back pain I could barely walk! I have come a long way with the help of their amazing staff and doctors! Dr Tellier, Dustin, Hanna, Tori and Dr Kim (just to name a few) have all been amazing and patient with me in my recovery! I. never believed a chiropractor could help so much and now I look forward to being a patient of theirs for many years to come! They definitely work miracles! I highly recommend this facility! No other can compare to the standard of excellence at Terlep. I have been seeing a chiropractor since the 80's and I can attest to the 5 star care I am receiving here. They have a well rounded knowledgable staff who are courteous respectful and give 100% care on every level from the welcoming receptionist to the doctors who assess and schedule for your specific needs, the doctors of chiropractic, massage therapists, physical therapists to the understanding kindness of the billing department.

They worked with me to help me succeed in overcoming my limitations and encouraged me along the way. I am at my maintenance stage and thrilled to report that I am back to full activity. Thank you, i am grateful to each and every one of you.

I can't say enough good things about this office and it's staff. For starters I witness the front office ( Dustin, Anna and Zoe I believe) giving their all to accommodate each and every patient. With a smile, at that! They had refreshments available. All yummy. I was there for a massage with Danielle. Hands down best massage I've ever had. So please make an appointment as soon as possible. You won't regret it!

Today was my first visit to the drs office. I have so much hope now hopefully pain free or even less pain would make me happy too. I walked into the office and was helped by Zoe. One of the sweetest girls I think I ever met. Then when I was called back to my room I was accompanied by Anna. She to was funny and helpful also. What a great office to go to. Everyone I encountered was great. i hope this is just the beginning of a wonderful experience for me.

Friendly, honest, and helpful people. They are helping me recover from a car accident, and would definitely recommend.

Front desk is efficient and kind. The doctor was amazing. So good at her job. Facility is fully equipped and clean. Feel like a million bucks walking out of there. Do not hesitate to make an appointment.

Very professional care and service easy check in and good therapy center

Can't say enough good things about the spinal decompression therapy I received. I was in tremendous amount of pain with two bulging and one herniated disc. Did the therapy 4 days a week for roughly 6 weeks. Took about 1 week to feel the results, so be patient it works! Staff is very professional and take a personal interest in making you better. Very good people.

I am so grateful to have been referred to the state of the art therapeutic facility.the staff are fantastic and treat you splendidly the minute you walk through the doors. they have a therapy room and the therapists are the very best of the best. I am re-gaining my life again. I recommend them to absolutely everyone.

The staff, physical therapist & assistant were all amazing. Took my teenage son, due to pain in his knee & they took great care of him.

The staff is very welcoming and beyond helpful. The facility is meticulously clean. Dr. T listened to my concerns with an empathic ear. He listened to my concerns and came up with a plan to help me recover from an illness. His plan has really helped me on my road to recovery. I have less headaches and neck pain!

Since my accident in November I have been going to Terlep Chiropractic for treatment. I highly recommend them to anyone of any age. Dr. Barry has majorly relieved my pain, even in my wrists. The staff is phenomenal, friendly and helpful. It is usually the best hour of my day.

They did not help me they made me in pain 7 days a week. I feel like they all about the money not the patient. The more I talk to other people the more I hear about the bad experience everyone else has had there to.

Great experience very knowledgeable and professional. First time going to chiropractic and they made everything so easy and comfortable. Only two sessions and my back feels 100% better. Thanks to Terlep I will be getting back in the gym soon and back on the mats

I do not recommend this business. They kept running tests on me so they could bill my insurance for more and keep me coming steadily as a patient. I don't think I am in that bad of shape soooo. I stopped going and feel better already!

It took me one visit to see they are a ripoff establishment. I went to the first visit and was examen by a young doctor, who told me, that on my second appointment, they would have a treatment plan! When I attended my second visit. It was obvious, that it was a scam and a long recovery treatment. I told the doctor, that I did believe what he was telling me, and that I would not participate in what he was selling. I do not recommend this place for any services.

I have been in a couple motorcycle accidents when I was younger and am now paying for it with pain in My back, leg and pelvis. My Neighbor has been going to Terlep Chiropractic for years to treat His M.S. symptoms, being wheelchair bound. I made an appointment, and was treated with courteous respect during the main interview, giving answers to questions about my situation.

I was given a Treatment Plan and followed Their directions which was back in 2005 and I have been a Happy, Grateful Patient with Terlep Chiropractic ever since! I am on a maintenance program, which means I go in for an adjustment when I feel it is necessary and I am always made to feel at Home and given respect and kindness from the Lobby counter Folk all the way through the Treating Doctors, Physical Therapy and provided with pain creams through a local Compounding Pharmacy as well as corrective foot wear recommendations.

I would Highly Recommend Terlep Chiropractic to Anybody in need of competent Chiropractic care. I have been to a few other local Chiropractic Facilities and have been given the run-around because a portion of my diagnosis is Neurological, which is difficult to pinpoint. Terlep has always given Me the benefit of the doubt and has helped Me immensely to be comfortable with My disabilities, treating My issues so that I am capable of living my Life with a minimum of pain and discomfort.

They give you a long treatment plans that you have to go every other day. The treatment were good their customer service in the office is good. Then they tell you that you only have to pay x amount of co payment. Now few months later I got two bills saying that I owe them money making it seem like I never paid. I called them and they stated that my insurance didn't pay the whole amount and I owe them. Now balance is less than what the bill says. I wish I had known this before even agreeing to use their services!

Best chiropractors around. The whole team is amazing. Very caring, no wait time. Excellent therapy. I'm a regular along with my Mom. The hydro therapy is especially relaxing.

Terlep Chiropractic. I see the few reviews from 2014/2016. OH MY GOODNESS, I guess things have CHANGED, and for the GOOD. I was in an accident and Terlep was recommended to me and I decided to try them out. I WAS so SURPRISED! My first impression was that they actually cared about their clients. No, seriously, I am an home health care nurse and I know when I'm appreciated or not, lol. : They were courteous and kind and professional and welcoming to say the least.

I have been going since Feb.28, 2017 and the care that I have and am receiving is literally the best that I can say that I've ever had. I'm just impressed with the caring and the KNOWLEDGE of the doctor's and the staff there. So, I would and actually HAVE recommended this office to my family, daughter, and my husband gets treatment there as well.

I went in for an adjustment since I didn't have a chiropractor yet in Florida. I paid a $50 copay with the understanding that the balance would be covered by my insurance. After a meeting with an associate selling me on long term treatment plans, I was given an x-ray. A doctor came in later with my x-ray and said he saw some minor abnormalities.

After he spent some time trying to sell me on long term treatment plans, he saw I wasn't falling for it and sent me to have a water massage in the back. I haven't been back and have felt great since. Several months later, I have now received a bill for an additional $265. I called the office and they said my insurance didn't cover anything. I've never paid $315 for a water massage before and never will again.

Their focus seems to be making you a lifetime patient and many of the patients in the waiting room seemed to be regulars. Every few years I hurt my back doing something stupid and need an adjustment or two. If you're in the same category as I am, I would avoid Terlep.

I was recently in a small auto accident and my attorney recommended Terlep. Upon arrival at my first appointment they had me fill out a medical history form. I have a stent in my heart which is what I always mention verbally since we all know that the medical questionaire is never read unless you point something out. One of the treatments I received was electrical stimulation of the problem area.

On one of my visits they gave me a portable stimulator for home use. One afternoon my husband had a stiff neck so l told him to try the machine. After he read the directions he told me that one of the cautions read that it was not to be used by patients having a stent or a pacemaker! ARE YOU KIDDING ME? I had an appointment with my primary care physician who upon hearing of my accident prescribed an anti-inflammatory and pain meds. I never went back to Terlep.

SCAMMERS Saw them at the ymca drumming up business. Two visits that include x rays, adjustment, and some special machine that shows your nerves, all for a $20 donation to the heart association. I explained to them ive been in pain since the birth of my fourth child and they promised they could help me. Said they accepted my insurance and that wouldn't be an issue. Went in got xrays, never got the nerve test they promised, and made second appointment that was suppose to be for a treatment plan and adjustment.

While in the room the insurance coordinator came in and said, im so sorry but we are out of network with your insurance company and you can't get adjusted unless you pay $50 out of pocket. They wasted my time and took twenty dollars to tell me they didn't accept my insurance. Im glad my money went to a good cause but they are using the heart association as part as there scam to get people in their office.

I can say the dr was nice. The workers are so overly nice it's fake and annoying. I do not recommend this place at all. I left with no adjustment and now I will continue to be in pain even longer. A simple phone call saying they aren't in network with my insurance would had saved me time and agony.
