Over the past twenty years, Yoga Haven has established itself as a welcoming community for all bodies. Our two studios, centrally located in Lower Westchester, offer a mindful yoga experience, accessible to anyone who walks through our doors. Our students see the studio as a "Haven" to help them combat life's inevitable stresses, allowing them to return to life off the mat with a greater sense of grace and ease. They fortify their passion with continued studies beyond the required, introductory 200 hour teacher training.

Excellent local yoga studio! I have been attending classes here regularly for 2-3 years and I'm always pleased with the classes and facility. Great friendly staff who go the extra mile to get to know you. Beautiful and calm environment without feeling stuffy or pretentious. Lots of metered parking right across the street.

I've been meaning to write this review for a few weeks now, me and my girlfriend took a class at Yoga Haven 2 a few weeks back, and I must say it was the best yoga class I have ever taken, hands down. It was a very comfortable atmosphere and the instructor (wish i could remember her name) made it fun and enjoyable, which is nice for me as a beginner, at times some other studios have an intimidating atmosphere of ultra flexible and experienced Yogi's, and while there were definitely some there, the vibe was still comfortable and inviting. I've done a handful of Yoga classes in my lifetime, though this one was especially gratifying, both me and my girlfriend felt extremely refreshed and as though we really experienced the true benefits of a well instructed yoga class.
I believe it was due to the instructor really taking an hands on approach and describing the poses exactly as they should be done descriptively, she really kept the momentum going as well with a variety of different poses. I will be returning!

This is a beautiful yoga studio and a terrific addition to the community. When you walk in, there is a small lobby to greet your yoga instructor and pay your fee. There is a shoe and coat rack as well. The classroom itself is quite spacious with beautiful clean wood floors. It probably accommodated 20 students. The room can be darkened for meditation with heavy curtains. Don't worry if you don't have a mat; they have ones to borrow, in addition to blocks, blankets, etc.
I attended a 75-min Level I yoga class (last 10-15 min is meditation) and loved the way my body and mind felt after the class. They have all level classes as well. Since this location is new, it has way fewer classes than the Tuckahoe location. Your first class is $10 and then it jumps to $22, which is pricey (you can get a discount if you buy more classes as a bundle). There is street metered parking only.
