I wholeheartedly recommend seeing Dr. Wilson for your chiropractic care! He is hands down one of the best chiropractors I've ever seen! I've been to chiropractors my whole adult life and this is the first time I've felt like I have a handle on my neck pain/stiffness. He really listened to my concerns and focused on my problem areas. And his wife Lorraine is one of the sweetest people I've ever met. She always greeted me with a smile and kind words. Please give this office a try if you're searching for a new chiropractor.

Wow! Where do I start! I started treating with Dr. Wilson in August 2019. Before choosing him as my treating provider, I conducted research on him. That research included reading the post here on Yelp. After reading through the posts, especially the negative posts, I noticed a common thread. The folks who liked Dr. Wilson kept their appointments, paid their bill, and asked questions if or when they had questions.

Because I am the kind of person who keeps my appointments, pay for the services that I receive, and I ask questions of my providers, I decided to give Dr. Wilson's office a try. I am truly glad that I did! Firstly, Dr. Wilson's wife runs the front office. She is the nicest person you will ever want to meet. She always had a pleasant demeanor with me and any other patient that was in the office when I was there.

She sends text notifications to patients to make certain they don't forget about their appointment. Bottom line, she is just a very nice person. Please don't get me wrong, Mrs. Wilson is prior service and, I believe, if pushed to the limit, she can be a force to be dealt with. To me, that is a great personality trait. I always made certain I treated her the way I wanted to be treated and all was well.

With regard to Dr. Wilson! In my opinion, Dr. Wilson is a very pragmatic person. He is personable to the extent that one should expect from another but not phony. If he feels a certain way about something, he is not afraid to express his opinion. He always answered all of my questions. If we discussed the possibility of a certain method of treatment he either agreed or disagreed but either way, he gave his honest opinion. Frankly, if a person does not want to accept the opinion of their doctor or any other professional for that matter, they probably should not seek the services of that professional. Dr. Wilson is a good person and a great doctor.

If you choose NOT to seek treatment from him based on the negative reviews here in Yelp, you will be doing yourself a disservice! If you do decide to seek treatment with Dr. Wilson, be open, honest, and frank with him no matter what. In turn he will be open, honest, and frank with you. If you can't stand someone being open, honest, and frank with you; well, Dr. Wilson may not be your cup of tea.

I've been going here for several months. Dr Wilson is fast, efficient and extremely knowledgeable. He keeps my back in functioning order and in less pain. Lorraine is awesome and super friendly. She always goes above and beyond to accommodate my schedule! Thank you DuPont Chiropractic!

From the beginning this awesome couple were great with every aspect of being there! They made it feel like a great space to get chiropractic work done! The hospitality that was given was amazing! I would highly recommend making more than one trip there! They love the military in there also and give you a great deal on what works for you and your budget! Wish I didn't have to move or else more trips would be in store!

Dr. Wilson has helped me remain pain free for the last few years. He is knowledgeable about chiropractic care, and always tries to relate to me in a friendly, professional way. My name is Bobby McIntyre, I'm a professional athlete so I visit the chiropractor quite often. I've been coming to advanced chiropractic for awhile now and I'm never disappointed. Dr. Wilson and his wife are amazing people! They have helped get me in ASAP when I've had a unexpected Injury and have gone above and beyond to keep my body functioning properly to help me excel in my profession. If you're looking for a great, caring and knowledgeable chiropractor I recommend going to advanced chiropractic!

Dr. Wilson has been my Chiropractor for a few years now. Before adjustments, I had a hard time walking and moving without pain so in the beginning I saw him 2-3 times a week. Now, I feel pretty good! I go in about once a month for maintenance. In addition, Dr. Wilson gives good advice about how to strengthen my muscles to support my neck and back, to avoid injury. And if I have a flare up or am getting a migraine, they are really nice about finding time to fit me in last minute!

"A little progress with each visit adds up to big results" I suffer from migraines and have been since 2006. Between the numerous doctors and chiropractors I've been too in the past, none of them took the time to listen to me or the time to figure out what was possibly causing my migraines. They'd simply prescribe me more pills that were doing more harm than good.

Up until about 1 year ago when I made an appointment with Dr Wilson. I was greeted with warm smiles, flexible scheduling and good conversation before and after the visit with Lorraine. Dr. Wilson had a treatment regimen that didn't include harsh medications. His consisted of identifying the problem area w/X-rays, MRI, etc. while providing you with suggestions on a healthier way of living, exercising and eating.

I HIGHLY recommend DuPont Advanced Chiropractic! Dr. Wilson and Lorraine are very compassionate, caring, dedicated, knowledgeable, and resourceful. I always look forward to my appointments at Dupont Advanced Chiropractic!

I have been a patient for just over 2yrs, and have had nothing, but great care and service. I have never experienced any problems with scheduling or billing. I have missed appointments, and just made a call rescheduled and never had any missed appointment fees. I have witnessed Dr. Wilson, and his staff work with people to reschedule, and they even calling the morning of and confirm appointments. Thank you Dupont Family Chiropractic, for you hard work. Hang in there.

Do not ever go to this crazy nut. I was a patient 4+ years. His secretary wrote down the wrong date of my appointment and now is trying to charge me $50 for missed appointment. I brought up the subject matter of yelp and peoples opinion on here he said were all cracks crazies are all full of shit. This chiropractor just wants to live off the grid away from people.

He doesn't care what his patients thinks or customer service. I've never been more disgusted about an individual or place of business till now. Since this review the chiropractic office filed a do not trespass. How over the the top is that.,? trust me when I say avoid such behavior. I have been nothing but respectful can say this business has been.

This office obviously doesnt have patient centered practice. The office was told I was living at a hotel and that if they needed anything to call my cell. I gave them my insurance information and asked if I needed to pay anything that day. No payment was required on day of service. I received the insurance notice of payment and my next notice was a collections notice from a collection agency. REALLY?

No bill, no phone call, nothing. REALLY? Approximately 1 month after the insurance paid you. REALLY, send me to a collections agency. Looking at other reviews, this seems to be a theme with this Dr office. Seems to be in it for money. This is disappointing as I thought he was a decent Chiropractor. Now that I have permanently moved to the area I will be permanently changing Chiropractors.

My first visit to Dr. Martin was fine. I thought he did a good job and I made a follow up appointment the next Monday. Unfortunately the day of my appointment my husband called around lunchtime to tell me he had an unexpected briefing he had to attend and would not be able to watch our 3 young children for my 5pm appointment. I called the office to cancel.

The receptionist offered to let me bring my children, but my children are 6, 5, and 2, and I didn't think they'd be able to sit quietly during my adjustment, and were certainly too young to sit unsupervised in the waiting room. The next week I received a bill for $50 from Dr. Martin's office for my canceled appointment. It was the weekend, so I wrote Dr. Martin an email explaining the situation and asking him to waive the fee.

He replied stating that he has to charge everyone $50 for missed appointments and it was not legal for him to waive the fee for me. He also went on a diatribe about how he felt it wasn't safe for his patients to miss appointments. If you can guarantee that you'll never have an illness, car trouble, unexpected issues at work, etc, then perhaps Dr. Martin would be a good fit for you. However, if you're like most of us, stay far far away. You'll end up being billed for services not rendered!

*** This is the 2nd review on this page regarding missed appointment claims*** Caution - only in it for the Money: I had only been a patient for less than two weeks when I received a 100.00 bill with the statement of "Payment is due upon receipt for your missed or cancelled appointments with less than a twenty-four hour notice. (This in accordance with our cancellation policy).

Please send payment promptly to avoid collection activates." When I first became a patient I called that morning and received an appointment that afternoon (which to me shows they are not the busy). Then after that I had appointment I set up two more for the following week. One for Monday and a Thursday. The first cancellation I got the days wrong and it was an actual cancellation with no 24-hour notice.

The second cancellation was for an appointment that Thursday, which I had left work early to being sick, missed work Friday. Spent the weekend in bed. Then come Monday went to Urgent Care at the VA, then again on Tuesday Morning. Being a new patient I would expect an office to give me a warning with a benefit of the doubt and have waived one of the fees do to being sick.

But not DuPont Chiropractic. They never called to discuss, they never said anything, just a bill with an evil statement of collections on it. So I went in to discuss they wouldn't waiver on anything so I paid the 100.00 for NON SERVICES bill. No opportunity to show my doctor's note or anything. So I will take my business elsewhere and give them my thousands of dollars I spend on Chiropractic.

I highly recommend staying away from a business that is run this way. Just plain rude and a very bad business practice. If they would have call to discuss the missed appointments and waived my fee, I would have ensured to never miss an appointment again (unless sick). I feel they are a money business - not a care about the patient business. Shame on you Dupont Chiropractic, badly done.

Steven is a prick! I am a busy business man and I don't have set hours. He told me that you can reschedule anytime and is always pressuring me to make an appointment. I rescheduled a few times then he sends me a bill and tells me I have to pay for the Missed appointments. When I've called in and canceled with in a promt time. He's a phony and a scam artist I would not recommend this crook. He then says there is a sign. I asked him why the bleep did you not mention any of these. He couldn't answer. I paid his broke ass cause he's a bum
