Yoga is a powerful method of keeping your body and mind healthy. Designed over 5,000 years ago, it utilizes mental focus and deep breathing while performing a series of physical movements. Though many come to yoga for the great physical "workout", it's the incredible mental benefit of the practice that keeps many coming back.

Yogaone is not just a studio, it's a loving, open, and diverse community. The quality of teachers, especially the owner Meg, is unmatched. This is a gem in the north shore/ozaukee community. All level classes are to be experienced. Especially navigating through the pandemic, Yogaone offers zoom or in person classes which are so convenient. Love this studio.

Yoga One studio is absolutely the best place to learn or grow your yoga practice. Meg does an amazing job at supporting people to develop in body, mind, and spirit in a way that is completely honoring of each individual. If you are looking to become certified as a yoga instructor, the training offered is top-notch, coming from a person dedicated to the art and craft of yoga.

Amazing studio with extremely professional staff. This branch which is part of three has two rooms and appears to a robust variety of wonderful calming and challenging classes. The staff is knowlegadble and friendly and the teachers adore helpful and cheerful. I've gone to quote a few classes on my visit here and did not leave a class lacking. Hands down the best yoga studios in greater Milwaukee. I highly recommend trying the hot vinaysa flow with Meg. Enjoy the flow and stay for the savasana!

So far I've taken classes with Kimberly, Ali and Tamar. overall experience/ambiance created by studio: 4.5 stars instructors I've taken class with: Kymberly: 4 stars Ali: 5 stars Tamar: 2 stars When I'm home, I try for a sampling of MKE's studios, and this one's usually first on the list as it's the neighborhood yoga studio, just a few blocks from our house.
This review is specifically for Tamar, whose class I took today. Overall a disappointing experience. The class was advertised as "mixed level" so I brought my mom, who is a beginner. Tamar offered several one or two modifications, but aside from that the class was anything but mixed level. My mom was discouraged and pretty disoriented. The instructor's cues were confusing and she didn't articulate any anatomical alignment points.
No adjustments, and a pretty listless sequence, with the instructor forgetting the entire hip sequence on the left side. I understand these things can happen to anyone, and perhaps the instructor just had a bad day. But what I found most disappointing is the apathy toward her beginner student. She didn't follow up with my mom after class, nor did she ask her a single question, although it was pretty apparent my mom had struggled the entire time and left a bit disenchanted.
As a yoga instructor myself, I would never leave a student unattended in this manner. I do have to say that the other instructors at this studio presented a much higher level, however, and I will continue to explore and encourage my mom to return to see others as well.

Took the drive out here for my yoga passport from Omtown yogis (great deal from a great group!). Glad I did, my friend Deanna's Sunday class is great. I've also had classes w/the owner and they were quite challenging and inspiring. Space is beautiful, just not a fan of the insense. bugs my allergies. :( Was worried about finding it but isn't too far from Bayshore in a strip mall behind a residential area. Worth the ride out there!
