They have a large variety of all types of vitamins, oils, lotions, facial and CBD products, etc., at very low discounted prices that you can choose from. My personal opinion is they're much better than GNC Stores. I've just recently opened up an account to earn scores for more discounts.

I've only been to the store location and I've always had wonderful service. They always have the oils and vitamins I want and need. I find the prices to be cheaper than any other place around here and I feel comfortable with their clear labels and source info.

Nothing but trouble with this company. When my order was supposedly shipped and a tracking # was provided, which by the way were just series of #s that do not match any shipping company's sequence #, I reached out to inquire how to track my package only to be told that my package was "denied" by the custom of the foreign country where it was shipped to and was returned. Needless to say, I was not refunded the shipping fee since they "shipped" my orders.

I knew this to be a lie since I ordered from a different US based company, same items (even more), and passed customs (not a shocker, since I did not order contraband or hazardous items, duh!) and was delivered without problems. The only positive about your company is Patti K. She was patient, informative and prompt in her response. Thanks Patti.

I recently ordered an item from this company in 2019. I will say the products on their site really do work for me. I will continue on ordering from them because I trust their products and the reviews let you know it they really work in generally. I read the reviews about their product before I buy. When I tried their products, I must admit the product work for me. I like the product that I have bought from them and with the booklet they send out to you, you can get a big discount on certain items.

I sent back an order that my deceased husband had ordered. This was on March 17. I have called seven times for the refund with no results. I spoke with Sheba, Katelyn and left a message for Laura Brant. It is June 3rd and I still have not received any refund.

Very good company. They are able to answer any question i ask. Most generaly get my products fairly quickly. Everone i have spoken to on the phone have been very pleasant and willing to help. I have been buying from them close to 10 years now. And my family has been buying from the company years before me.

I placed my order about a week ago and there has not been any shipment. I have made multiple contact to find out what is happening and even offered other payment methods should you be having a problem with my credit card (which I finally see you have deducted the total) to no replies. I needed the items ASAP and had relayed to the company earlier through one of the customer assistants.

What is happening with the service there nowadays I have ordered previously and have been flawless and a pleasure but now I really don't know how the standards have drop that low. Looks like I am not an isolated case (Ms. D Rivera has experienced the same). Try iherb, efficient, great products and customer service (reply usually in minutes) and they price match.

When I ordered my essential oils, I got free shipping. It was expected to arrive in 7 days, and I got it the next day. Very pleased! Love the great deals! Love buying oils from a local company, "home grown" company.

I get offers online and catalog by mail, but since they are only 10 minutes from my house it's a lot easier just to go in the store. I like the products, everything is very organize, and I will go back.

I ordered 15 bottles of cranberry extract on Aug 12 2015 at their website. We use this extract on a regular basis to be exact a bottle every 4-5 days for a UTI prone customer. The website didn't say it was out of stock in fact as of today it still doesn't. They continue letting the consumer place orders and they don't even let you know its back ordered and according to customer service they don't know until when.

I contacted the company and all I got was a I'm sorry, not even an estimated date this product is going to be restocked, thus sent to us. Very poor communication from the company behind this product. An 91 year old female with tendencies to UTI's has been kept out of the woods for a long time with these supplements properly administered. It's a fact cranberry protects the bladder wall from bacteria growth preventing and protecting an individual from repeated infections. An interruption in treatment can end this Elderly back with yet another UTI, thus antibiotics, hospitalization as infections are usually really bad.

We ordered it on time so we don't have an interruption on treatment but this company failed to notify us of the backorder until we called 12 days later when items were supposed to be on our hands. Very irresponsible. They send you emails for any little reason but for something so important as a backorder on a well know to prevent illness supplement people depend on, they don't bother. Unbelievable.
