We understand that arriving at a doctor's office for the first time can be nerve racking. If you've never experienced chiropractic care before, you may not know what to expect when you come to our Simpsonville chiropractic office for the first time. Filling out paperwork, learning new faces and names, and getting to know your way around the office can be an overwhelming experience.
We attempt to take out as much of the "insurance hassle" as possible for you. We'll happily telephone your insurance company to verify your coverage benefits. Please remember, however, that the benefits quoted to us by your insurance company are not a guarantee of payment. We will file your claim and await payment for 90 days.
Chiropractic care is like building a house - certain things have to happen in a particular order in order for everything to stand strong and work correctly. I would never be able to stay as active as I am at almost 70 years old if it weren't for the care I receive at Chiropractic of the Carolinas. They do a fantastic job of keeping me in perfect alignment so that I am able to dance 3 times a week & do strength training once a week. I highly recommend them to anyone who wants to stay active, no matter your age.

From the moment you are greeted warmly and respectfully to the ease of check out and making follow up appointments when leaving, CotC is a top notch clinic. Dr. Andy has been knowledgeable and helpful, listening to my concerns and offering his expertise skills and providing me with at home stretches and exercises to do between visits. I have had multiple therapeutic massages from each of their technicians and every one of them has made me feel brand new. The girls are extremely skilled and talented at what they do. Have been seeing a lot of doctors, trying to resolve a medical issue with migraines, my son told me to see Dr. Weiler, about these random migraine, which I did it only took one visit and Dr. Weiler found my problem and started adjustments, and I have to say it was a blessing! I've gone from having them daily to once a week or so! What a major change in my daily health and activities, I would recommend them for anyone who are having issues.

I've been coming to this office for about 3 years now and they have always been wonderful! Dr. Weiler is very attentive, helpful, and patient. You can tell that he and his staff actually care about you and want to help you get better. Dr. Weiler and Kimberly have both been amazing. Kimberly will work with your schedule and they have very flexible hours. Perfect for those of us with busy lives.

I have been going to the Chiropractic of the Carolinas for the last 2 years. I can tell you that they have really helped me with my arthritis and fibromyalgia symptoms. Dr. John and Dr. Eric are the best, when I'm in whole of pain in my back and legs they work until I'm feeling better and the ladies that give the best massages. I really can tell everyone if you're down in your back or your legs are hurting go and see them. Please take the time and call and make a appointment it will be the best thing you will ever do.
