I enjoy my family and my life. I am fortunate to have my hobby as my work! I have over 13 years teaching experience along with assistance in running and operating YOGAMATTERS Yoga Study. I accomplished such gratifications from this treasure called yoga. My goal is to spread the joy of yoga to everyone I can.

I really enjoy this Iyengar yoga! All of the instructors are well educated and care for the well being of their participants. Helping to be sure you are in proper healthy alignment as we progress through movements is one key aspect I really like. I feel stronger and healthier with each class. A bright, beautiful and clean setting. I love being at Yogamatters!
