Dr. Z and Diane has always treated me with a warm welcome and a big smile. In the year that I have been coming to this practice. Dr. Z goes above and beyond for his patients. Some examples I can share are following up with a call after an adjustment, and has even opened the office on days off when I have been in excruciating pain. Best costumer service ever.

Most unprofessional office staff just cussed me out in a parking lot they share with Giovanni's pizza. There are no signs that directs anyone that you're not allowed to park in the back. I've parked many times before. I feel sorry for this chiropractor. No wonder the parking lot is empty. Terrible customer service. Will never consider this business and you shouldn't either. I am in the healthcare field as an RN and have never been treated so poorly. Would rate zero stars if that was an opinion

From the moment I called and spoke with Diane about scheduling an appointment I knew I would be in good hands. Dr. Zemella came as a recommendation from a friend who suffered the same type of pain and numbness in the arm. When I checked in Diane called my insurance to make sure I was covered. Most places make you call on your own. Dr. Zemella introduced himself to me right away and started asking me questions about my pain/numbness.
You can tell he knows what he's doing. I walked out feeling a lot better and with confidence that I'm working with someone who's dedicated his career to the chiropractic industry. I highly recommend Dr. Zemella.
