Didn't do a thing for me I had shoulder pain couldn't crack anything but my neck which hurt for days after I went three times he kept cracking my neck never fixing my shoulder I wasted my time so I quit going.

Relief, good service Dr. White is excellent and a healer, go see her you won't regret it. Good visit. Thank you Doc.

Went in with serious back pain, came out feeling great. Dr. Travis took awesome care of me. This place is super friendly, staff is awesome. I will be going back.

I went here once and they were not able to help me with my back pain. Several months later, I find out they reported that I had an outstanding debt owed to them, to the credit bureau. Apparently, after my first visit, they automatically scheduled me for a follow up appointment without asking me or letting me know. When I didn't show, for the appointment I knew nothing about. they reported the $40 missed appointment charge to the credit bureau. I would never use this company again and would warn anyone considering this company, to beware.

After trying several local Chiropractic practices I discovered Pitts Chiropractic and Dr. Taylor. I am thrilled that I finally have some relief from years of back pain. I stand all day at work and I know this will be an ongoing issue yet Dr. Taylor has prescribed techniques and suggestions to help me along the way. Staff is incredibly pleasant, friendly and attentive. I highly recommend this business!

First of all, I do not understand what all these negative reviews are about. This office is incredible! Dr. Taylor, the staff and the times available to help are always convenient. I am never kept waiting. Every single person I have come into contact with has been professional friendly and courteous. However, most importantly they have done terrific work on my back!

The lady at the front office said that it was going to take 30 to 40 min, but the "chiropractic" didn't get more than 3 pops, plugs the electric massager for five minutes and tells me to go home! So I literally spent $70 to be there for 10 min. It's so bad, when I got home I did my own back and neck and got more pops than she did

Can't say enough good things about Pitts. They work wonders where others leave you wondering what it is they did. I have always been skeptical of Chiropractors ever since a local one screwed up an auto accident case. At Pitts they seem genuinely concerned for your health and well being. Keep up the good work.

HIGHLY RECOMMEND! We had the pleasure of meeting Dr. Wilemon and he was fantastic! My husband has been dealing with back pain for over 10 years and the pain has gotten so much worse I decided to make an appointment. Dr. Wilemon asked questions and listened, he also gave him a regimen to follow to help get him back to feeling better. We had an exceptional experience! The office was clean and professional. We will definitely be back!

Sonya and the staff were very rude while I was visiting for 6 appointments concerning a car accident. They were impatient and didn't have the time of day to help me during my scheduled appointments. The worst part was after paying after my visits, I had a balance I was not made aware of. Although they had an up to date phone number and email, after moving, they did not call or email when their first piece of mail was returned ( I thought my bills were fully paid, so I never called to update them on my change of address).

Over a 40 dollar balance, they sent it to collections. When I asked why they didn't call when their first letter was returned, they told me they were too busy to call and chase down payments. To them, you're just a number and not a customer. Pathetic behavior from supposed Christians. I was recommended from my in laws, but I will not be going back.

I had been having horrible pain in my back and down my leg from sciatica. This lasted almost a year and I tried many things to relieve the pain. Nothing worked. I decided to make my first trip ever to a chiropractor. My cousin recommended Dr Wileman at Pitts and I made an appointment and got right in. I was in utter disbelief after the first visit.

It worked immediately. On the way home I felt just a little twinge left and by the next day it was totally gone. I made one more visit just to follow up and to thank him and let him know that what he did for me was fantastic. I have not had any problems since and that has been about 5-6 months ago. Dr Wileman adjusted my back on the first visit and that was all it took to stop the pain. The office staff is great as well and I got right in each time with no waiting Thank you again!

I had lost all hope with my back pain until a friend suggested Pitts Family Chiropractic. I got a quick apt. The staff was so friendly and welcoming. I saw Dr. Travis he was a true blessing. He answered all my questions and calmed my fears. For the first time in 3 years i was pain free and left the office with a smile on my face. All thanks to Dr. Travis and his amazing staff. I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone needing chiropractic care.

Such a wonderful experience! Had a terrible back ache that I thought was a collapsed vertebra because I have three of those which are filled with cement, I do not know the medical term for them, but after an x-ray they said no, so I went to Pitts Chiropractic and I was relieved after just one treatment, but completely over it after two more. Excellent care and great all around treatment, everyone so professional and so very nice! This is especially important because I'm old and have osteoporosis. Highly recommend them! I go every once in a while for a check up with them and I'm so happy I feel good.

I have been going to Pitts Chiropractic for well over 10 years. For a short while I had to change chiropractors due to insurance. However, I eventually returned to Pitts regardless of any insurance coverage. I have recommended several people and they became patients. I will not go to any other chiropractic clinic as long as Pitts Chiropractic remains in business and/or I no longer remain on this earth.

Pitts Chiropractic is a very friendly and caring office to visit. The entire staff is top notch. Currently under the care of Dr. Taylor, one of the best Dr.'s I have ever had, who keeps me in the best possible shape that I can be in. I would definitely recommend them to anyone who needs chiropractic services.

Conviniently located near everything, Dr. Pitts has been around a long time. There are several Drs. working here as well as massage therapists, etc. Dr. Pitts is always honest & kind, and there's rarely a wait in his office.
