The Center was founded by Mary Ann Giacona who has been practicing natural medicine for over 30 years. A former Gothic church and school located at 1 Hoffman St. in Auburn, NY. The facility is over 12000 sqft and has been fully renovated and restored. The Center is truly a place where you can take charge of your life and experiance a lyfestyle of wellbeing.

I had the best experience at the Center. We hosted my daughters bridal shower and it was absolutely perfect. Everything was handled in such a professional manner. My first time getting acupuncture and Jennifer was wonderful. She explained everything, took her time with me made me feel very comfortable. I can't wait to go back for my second appointment with her I must say acupuncture really works so if you're ever in doubt don't be. I have already been to the Center twice within last 3 months! I had an amazing massage and the building itself is easy to get to and the ambiance is relaxing and beautiful inside and outside. I treated myself and my mother to a massage for her birthday and she loved it as well. They also have a lovely hair salon and offer a variety of services! My next treat will be a facial! I can't wait to go back! Highly recommended
