I am not exaggerating when I say that Dr Grigel (Kaycie) saved my life. I was in a downward spiral of health with no answers as to what was going on. She spent an immense amount of time listening to what I was experiencing and asking a lot of questions. She fast tracked me to a rheumatologist and a gastroenterologist who found that I had both Rheumatoid Arthritis and Celiac disease.
It was such a relief to finally have some answers! Subsequently Kaycie helped me sort out the huge transition in my diet and gave me supplements to help heal my gut. I have regained my healthy active lifestyle, am managing my RA without meds, and have a a very healthy and satisfying diet without all of the foods that were causing havoc in my system.
