Low Level Laser Therapy (also called "Cold" laser) is a painless, non-invasive, drug-free treatment which is used to treat a variety of pain syndromes, injuries, wounds, fractures, and neurological conditions. It is used for relieving acute and chronic pains, increases the speed, quality, and tensile strength of tissue repair, increases blood supply, stimulates the immune system, stimulates nerve function, helps generate new healthy cells and tissue, promotes faster healing, and it helps reduce inflammation.
Dr. Christopher Carraway, a member of the National Registry of Certified Medical Examiners, offers DOT physicals by appointment during our normal hours at our office, conveniently located at 2507 Neuse Boulevard in New Bern. The Certified Medical Examiner's responsibility is to ensure the safety of both the commercial driver and the other drivers sharing the road with him, making sure the driver is medically fit for duty and not at risk of incapacitation while driving.This comprehensive examination helps detect the presence of physical, mental, or organic conditions that can affect the driver in the safe operation of their vehicle.

Do not hesitate to call Dr. Carraway to schedule a consult and treatment. His breadth of knowledge is as impressive as his skill as a practitioner. He generously shares his knowledge and collaborates with other medical practitioners (human and veterinary) to improve patient care. He has developed innovative treatments have helped many people, and animals, become pain free. Dr. Carraway is easy to talk too and is now my go to. I am very grateful to him for his help on numerous occasions. If I were not located so distantly from him, I would be enrolled in his wellness program.

I have been treated by Dr Carraway for Tinnitus (a ringing sound in my ears). My local doctor, and others, said there was no cure. Well they were wrong. After two months of treatment on some days the noise level is so low I don't notice it and on the other days the the volume has dropped to a point where it no longer worries me. I am going to recommend that Chris receives a knighthood.

I had the privilege of hearing Dr. Chris speak. A clinical example he gave was of a woman who had difficulty with her voice. After being treated with a laser her voice started returning. After a particularly rough bout with bronchitis and pleurisy my voice never returned the same. I was unable to sing. After just two treatments with the laser my voice noticeably improved. While it's not 100 percent I can carry a tune again. I would absolutely recommend Dr. ChrisM

I would like to take the time to highly recommend Dr Carraway for chiropractic and laser treatment. I worked as an RN for 23 years. I experienced many years of chronic pain, heachaches/migranes. I've tried numerous prescriptions medications and medical procedures that simply did not work and usually caused many bad side effects and unwanted effects.
The gentle chiropractic adjustments and skilled use of laser therapy has significantly reduced my pain. I no longer take daily pain medications. i really didn't think I could ever do this! In addition, Dr Carraway is very kind, caring and authentic. He really listens to what his patient is saying. He is very willing to spend the time necessary to really communicate with his patient and determine the best plan of care/ treatment for that individual. Dr Carraway is exceptionally knowledgeable and has the ability to heal a multitude of ailments. Laser therapy has done wonderful things for me and I go to Dr Carraway before I venture out to other doctors that give me drugs that I don't want to take. Dr Carraway is honest and will tell you up front if he cannot help you and he will also make a referral if that turns out to be the case.

I have been a patient of Dr. Carraway for many years. My treatments have been for neck, back and hip issues all of which have improved dramatically or disappeared completely! Dr. C. keeps up with the latest technology and techniques. He has been a "life saver" for me!
