Although very welcoming and professional this place is to expensive in comparison to many other chrioprators. I'm a single mom I can't afford to pay $900 for a month worth of service after the first month bc that's all my insurance will cover even the $230 for the first month is to expensive at one. I'd love for my health to improve but I don't want to have to choose between my health and keeping a roof over my daughter's head. Otherwise I'd recommend this place 100%

We initially came to Old Towne Family Chiropractic care to help my son with his tongue and lip tie release post surgery. He has improved a lot and is highly mobile for his age and I think it is a result of his chiropractic care. I have also been seen for the last 6 months or so and my back and hip pain have improved tremendously.

I initially sought chiropractic care to ease pregnancy discomforts and to hopefully shorten the overall labor process but the benefits I've received in one short month vastly exceeds any expectations I'd previously had. All my pregnancies have been high risk due to pregnancy induced hypertension and this has always resulted in premature induction of labor, however since I've been getting adjusted my blood pressures have corrected themselves. this is a benefit I never expected.

I also really appreciate the weekly workshops which help to marry the concepts of healthy mind and healthy body and have really allowed to to understand that my body has got this all on it's own if I just take care of it. Thankful for the phenomenal staff that are helping and enlightening me on this journey!

Getting adjusted at Olde Towne Family Chiropractic has helped to lessen my headache frequency and has helped me to manage my back and joint pain. The whole team is caring and kind and take pride in what they do. The adjustments and exercises allow me to live my life with less daily pain.

I went in with pain and concern for my health. After my first adjustment, I left with knowledge and relief. I'm so happy I found Dr. Steve and his extremely welcoming staff. They are efficient and well organized. Most impressively, and unlike any other business you're likely to go, they approach you with the intent to make you self sufficient and unreliant on them. I am absolutely looking forward to going through a full life change with them.

This is one of the best Chiropractic clinics I've been too. Conscientious and thorough. They are attentive to the special needs of their patients and have worked with me while recovering from surgery without issue. I have continued working with them for 2.5 years now and feel great.

First visit is "free" however they will ask you if you would like a full exam and x-rays. This will be $175 out of pocket. They will not send this to your insurance(do not accept Optima) or tell you if they accept your insurance, until after all of this. They will then attempt to have you sign up for months of corrections for $$$$. If you are in genuine pain, and these people after seeing your x-rays realize the source. Will not help you unless you pay for their program. If you're in pain and need assistance soon, these people won't help.

I have never before felt so at ease in a doctor's office. The entire staff are SO friendly and welcoming. As soon as I walked in the first time I was greated by name. Dr. Steve really takes the time to educate you and make you feel heard. So many times when you go for medical help, they listen to what you think is wrong and "treat" that and only that. They really took the time to find out what was wrong and offer care and assistance. I would highly, HIGHLY recommend them and their family friendly office.

My husband used to enjoy running and being active with us. Over the last several years he lost feeling in his feet and began having fire like pain. He can't sleep because of the pain and activity and just gentle touch is very painful as well. He has been to many doctors, neurology, ortho, rheumatology, had many tests and been on many meds. He went to see Dr Stephen Genther at Olde Town Family Chiropractor last week.

He did a workup and showed us where the problems were coming from. He really took his time and explained everything well. I was with him for his first adjustment Tuesday. When he was laying on the table, one of his legs was clearly longer than the other. After the adjustment, they were even. But more importantly, HE CAN FEEL THE TIPS OF HIS TOES! After a few more adjustments the pain is SIGNIFICANTLY improved!

No more meds! And he can keep up with me when we walk. He still has a way to go but I can't say enough great things about this practice. Fixing the problem or cover the problem up with meds - well, that's pretty simple! This practice also includes wellness classes with their treatments. Many health issues can be prevented or treated by supporting the body's natural function and that's what these classes focus on. Again, helping the body function the way God designed it to function is far superior to covering up issues with medication or "wait and see". My husband is feeling much better and is so glad he finally listened to his wife

Amazing doctors and team! The doctor really takes the time to educate you and empowers you to never be in the same situation again. I used to have chronic debilitating migraines at least 5 times a week and they have significantly decreased in frequency and how intense they were. Getting my spine aligned has helped with my anxiety and with my low back pain TREMENDOUSLY. I recently started lifting weights, and I know that if it wasn't for my chiropractic care, I wouldn't recover from my workouts as fast.

Earlier this year I was struggling with Vertigo which caused me to miss work, and I wasn't able to lay down without spinning but to my surprise someone referred me to the Chiropractor. So I tried it.needless to say, I am beyond happy I made the choice to start seeing Dr. Steve and staff! I'm not 100% yet but pretty close. Who knew Vertigo could be cured with Chiropractic?! I recommend giving Olde Towne Family a try, it's so worth it

Olde Towne Chiropractic has helped tremendously with aches and pains of pregnancy that a lot of people are think are "normal" but can actually be easily fixed with chiropractic. The staff is all amazing!

Wonderful experience! Highly recommend. Update after about a month of care: Lets start with the things that I have been living with that no one should ever have to get used to on a daily basis. I get headaches and chest pains everyday, all day. - after the first week of adjustments, my headaches/chest pains dwindled down to a trickle. I can honestly say that my headaches are no longer an issue.

That's the first thing that completely blew my mind. 2nd- I cannot sleep a full night to save my life. - After the first adjustment, I slept all night and have been ever since. The only thing that wakes me up now is my 5 year old telling me about unicorns at 3am. 3rd- My anxiety and panic attacks are out of control - I have noticed my anxiety slipping away more and more since day 1. Panic attacks a few and far between. 4th- my brain is foggy - Clarity and focus have returned. Not to mention, my energy levels are definitely higher. If you are thinking about going, just go. I have been going for about 3 months and I started noticing a tremendous improvement within the 1st week. I suffered from major lower back pain that affected my active lifestyle horribly. I am in shock how well my treatment is going. I have been battling a chronic dibilating issue with my hands and arms for 2 years.
