Whenever I called to make an appointment the administrator was very friendly, but when she called back to tell me I have a $1,000 deductible, when I do not, I quickly realized this place is a scam. I informed her that I do not have a deductible and told her what my copay was, and even after sending her a whole list of my benefits for acupuncture, she continued to argue and say that I was wrong. Saying that there must have been a miscommunication with the insurance company. Saying, "you know how insurance companies outsource in different countries they probably didn't understand what you were asking since they dont know english." Cancelled my appointment because I did not want to be scammed for money because I am trying to find a cure for my chronic pain. Since I cancelled my appoinment I can't speak on the doctor or her skill, but the administration is awful.

Dr. Amy is amazing! She cares so deeply for the patients she treats. That is felt from the first time you enter her clinic. I would highly recommend her, and I do often, to people I know!

I have used acupuncture since 1991 with a variety of providers in and out of U.S.A. Red Phoenix is truly a 5-star experience. The scheduling staff, Christie and Chris, are warm, friendly and "on top" of each appointment. It's a pleasure to walk in and see their welcoming faces. Dr. Amy Bonnett is wonderful. I'm a 69 year old patient with somewhat more than the average health issues. Dr. Bonnett has been able to help me feel better.

She sets time aside at the beginning of each appointment to discuss changes in health and current aches, pains and concerns. Treatments are painless and lasting. New needles are inserted comfortably, and used needles are properly disposed. The environment is comfortable and immaculately clean. Red Phoenix Acupuncture exceeds all my desires and needs. I just moved to NM a couple months ago and had shoulder surgery earlier this year. I went to PT and have been doing strengthening exercises since arriving here. I was still having a lot of pain and thought that I would give acupuncture a try. Amy and her staff have been great and they have explained the processes very thoroughly. My pain has gone down tremendously after each session to where I almost feel 100%, but still have a ways to go.

If I was to rate this facility by using just one word, it would be: excellent. I pay attention to Customer Service and this facility really focuses on the patient experience. Everyone from the front desk staff to the Dr's are friendly. The acupuncture treatments are excellent and I am rotating between the different Dr's because they each have their own unique approach.

IT'S A MIRACLE! The first time I went to Red Phoenix I could barely stand, let alone walk, because of severe hip pain. They took me in IMMEDIATELY. This was my first experience with acupuncture and, I admit, I was a bit skeptical. Dr. Yvette worked on me for an hour. When I left, I was walking. with a limp, but I was walking! As the week progressed, the pain abated somewhat.

The week after my second session I was almost completely pain free! I can continue my volunteer work at a therapeutic riding center painlessly! THANK YOU RED PHOENIX & DR. YVETTE!

Dr Amy is amazing! She takes the time to listen to the patient and treat accordingly. She welcomes treatments by other modalities and strives for an all inclusive approach to your health. She is got to be the most educated intuitive professional practitioner to ever practice. Even if you have gone to other acupuncturists you will be impressed!
