Hands down, the most unprofessional, dishonest, and manipulative hospital I've ever seen in my life. And their negligence cost me any possibility of treatment for the thyroid cancer in my neck. If you value your health, drive two more hours to an actual medical practice.

How many people have had decent service here? I'm guessing none! Day staff at front desk is more concerned about talking with security about nonmedical issues than assisting patients. Gossiping is more important

I was treated at the Saint Luke's McCall today. I took a fall downtown on an uneven sidewalk. I thought I had broken some ribs. But I was definitely scraped up. They did not treat me for any of my abrasions! They told me that they were very very busy. I asked at least three times for some bandages to treat my own abrasions. But no one gave me any until the very last when I was discharged I got one Band-Aid.

The staff was very friendly and nice but one of RN's that wasn't nice acted like she was going to push me out of the way because there was an ambulance that pulled up and needed space in the hallway. I told her not to push me that I had broken ribs and she said I'm not pushing you. It's just unbelievable how you get treated sometimes! And the floors were filthy

Went in with a knee injury and was not pleased with the experience. The nurses were very rude and had no bedside manner whatsoever. One of them came in and put a brace on my knee and gave me crutches, that are way to short and will have to be switched out. She then proceeded to tell me "we usually give a rundown of how to use these but we have an incoming trauma and need to get you out of here soon." So she wheeled me out to my car and didn't even offer to put my socks or hospital socks on so I had to step on the cold wet dirty asphalt with my barefoot. I get I wasn't dying, but I was hurting and in a lot of pain and as a nursing student myself I was not too impressed with St Lukes McCall.

I was camping in Donnelly and became horribly ill. My husband took me to the McCall St Luke's, and you would have thought I was royalty. They were amazing! I spent 4 days as an inpatient, and every single member of the staff was amazing. Nursing care was outstanding, and docs were even kind and informative. THANK YOU ST LUKE'S McCall!

My daughter and I came to St Lukes in January for flu like symptoms. We saw a doctor for about five minutes and left with no treatment, drink lots of fluids and get rest remedy. For that St Lukes charged $1100 which seemed crazy, and it was. Come to find out, that they charged us two room fees of $375 each even though we shared the same room and the doctor saw us at the same time.

I called the hospital for 7 months trying to get someone reasonable to reduce this charge and of course they would not. I'm all about paying a fare wage for a fare service, this was not that. St Lukes is supposed to be a religious hospital, it's not. They are crooks and who did a poor job and over charged for it. Do not use this facility!

Took my son in because his head hurts so bad he was vomiting. The end of the ER waiting around and remain there for a good 45 minutes. I took my son to the bathroom, and stepped inside the chapel to pray for a second. When I exited the chapel the security guard was there in my face asking me if I was lost. I asked him if he was lost and told him that I was praying for my son.

He gave me a nasty look and continue to stare at me I walked away. So we never really got seen by any of the doctors because I took my business elsewhere. I don't recommend this hospital to anybody especially if you have an emergency.

A q-tip swab came off in my ear and I stopped in to have it removed. they sat me in the hallway and easily removed it with tweezers and sent me out the door. I just received the first bill of $499 just for stepping into the emergency room and called the billing department only to find out the grand total is over $1,000. I wasn't even taking up space in a room! they treated me in the hallway!

I will be disputing the charges. Their pricing is outrageous and much higher than Boise er fees. Update- They would not let me dispute the charges. I seriously believe that this facility takes advantage of the high income vacationers. Sadly, the low to middle income earners are stuck with the same inflated bill and this is why people avoid Dr visits for as long as they can rather than seeking medical attention.

I would have been charged $75 if I'd been able to visit a quick care facility here in Boise. The treatment I received was nothing more than a seat in the hallway, but I was charged more than double what I was expecting. Its not right when the bill hurts worse than the health issue.

Had a mammogram and ultra sound here today and wanted to send a note of appreciation to the radiology department; especially Renee and Anastasia. No waiting time, excellent treatment and they use state-of-the-art 3D machines here. After the procedures, the radiologist came in to review the results and put my mind at ease. 5 stars for this team - it was well worth the 2 hour drive from Eagle. Thank you! I had a fall off my bike. Ended up fracturing my hip and needed surgery. The woman who met me at my car was outstanding. She assessed the situation and went right to work. I went straight to a room in the ER. After x-rays it was determined I needed surgery. Dr. Levine was my orthopedic surgeon. He was outstanding. People come from Boise and out of state for his services!

We heard about him before my accident. The nurses are excellent with the best bedside manner. Sissy, took my food orders and served me my delicious meals or many cups of hot tea with a smile on her face. Summer was my PT - another outstanding professional. I wish I could name all my nurses. Everyone of them are excellent Professionals. Everyone is so happy on staff because they told me they really like where they work.

The hospital administer even dropped by to chat. A gentleman, with a nice family who is so pleased to be in McCall and at St. Luke's. They are in the middle of planning a new building. I hope all goes well and people support this plan. We need a great hospital in our area! (Great after care, too. Excellent home health PT - Bill, Cindy, Summer! Bill Stahlberg orthopedic P.A. at Dr. Levine's office is incredible. Jody in the office is a gem!) Overall - A+
