Ryan is a great chiropractor! The adjustments were great, but his coaching on how and what to stretch as well as exercises to strengthen certain areas in my hips and legs allowed me to finally get over some pretty awful lower back pain. We have worked with professional athletes in the NBA and NFL. Our goal was to get them back in the game as soon as possible.Today our goal is to get you feeling better quickly not to put you on endless treatment plans. We provide Chiropractic, Spine Rehab, Massage Therapy, Acupuncture and Physical Therapy to patients of all ages, right here in Kailua, Oahu, Hawaii.

Doctor Ryan is the owner of Kailua Wellness Center. He earned his Bachelors degree in Exercise and Sport Science at Brigham Young University Hawaii. He then graduated Dean's list from Southern California University of Health Sciences (SCUHS) Doctor of Chiropractic program. Dr. Ryan is trained in Sports Chiropractic, sports medicine and functional rehabilitation.
Located in beautiful downtown Kailua, we are a contemporary, busy wellness center that currently offers integrated chiropractic, massage, physical therapy and rehabilitation. We have recently expanded into a new location with lots of free customer and employee parking. We are looking for energetic and caring physicians and physical therapists to join our growing team.
What is Acupuncture? Acupuncturists insert tiny hairlike needles into the skin to promote blood circulation to specific areas. This activates your body's immune and nervous systems to reduce inflammation and release endorphins to alleviate pain. The history of acupuncture spans more than 2,000 years.

I absolutely love it here! Dr. Ryan is the best! I have been dealing with severe neck and back pain for over a year. I was being treated regularly back on the mainland for 8 months with no relief and improvement but once I came to Kailua Wellness Center I finally started to get relief and now I am without pain majority of the time! I highly recommend Dr. Ryan for your chiropractic needs!

I have been coming for adjustments and massages for a very long time. The doctors, massage therapists and front desk staff are all professional and always super welcoming. The service is great too. Took care of my back problems after car accident. All doctors are great. See all 3 before you settle on your favorite one as you may be surprised that all of them do a great job adjusting. Highly recommend this center.

This is a great place, with many wonderful services. I have been for acupuncture, massage and chiropractic. I see Tylor Ryan as a chiropractor. I have seen many chiropractors over the years and he is definitely one of the best. Diane is wonderful as an acupuncturist, very gentle, kind and knowledgeable. I have seen many massage therapists over the years and have enjoyed most of them. The staff are friendly and helpful. You can't go wrong.

Dr. Sauer is excellent. Every treatment makes me feel better. He is always concerned and sure to check if I am doing other things to assist myself. I appreciate his concern, professionalism, and his superior technique. I give him a solid 5 star rating. The receptionists/schedulers always willing to assist in getting a acceptable appointment.

I had a massage with cupping. It was explained to me prior to the session and i was made fully aware of the red circles on my back. I was told to drink water and relax and that the circles would disappear on their own. The session and massage was great and I will return in the future. The place was clean and relaxing and any questions I had were answered.

Dr. Hartenstein was able to significantly improve my chronic shoulder pain/tightness. She was incredibly kind and informative. She made me feel very comfortable and confident in what she was doing. I've tried multiple approaches to get rid of the knots in my back and shoulders, and my acupuncture session with her was the first time I found relief. I would definitely recommend booking an appointment!

My back was hurt and it been bothering me over a year then my husband recommended me about acupuncture about two months ago and i went there for my acupuncture a few time with Dr. Diane she's very nice person, friendly and her technic with acupuncture really helped me a lots.
