Acupuncture promotes natural healing in the body without relying on surgery, cutting into tissue, or prescription medications.
At the core of the ancient medicine of Acupuncture is what we call "Qi" (pronounced "chee"). Qi is the vital energy that flows throughout your body and, just like your DNA, your Qi is unique only to you. Your Qi gives you energy, animates your body and protects you from illness, pain and disease. As you can see, your overall health is greatly influenced by the quality and balance of Qi in your body.
There aren't many people out there who LIKE needles, so there are always questions about how painful acupuncture is, and how large the acupuncture needles are. The second most important point to make: The acupuncture needles used are ALWAYS disposable and only used one time. Acupuncture needles are very thin (think "cat whisker").
For thousands of years, pure acupuncturists have normally coupled their acupuncture technique with Chinese herbal supplements. These supplements provide added healing that actually heal. Depending on your issue, Grant Collins might recommend certain supplements that are proven and safe to use. Chinese Medicine is always about treating the actual cause rather than suppressing the symptoms.

Grant is highly knowledgable as an accupuncturist and has a great bedside manner. He takes time with his patients and has created a very welcoming atmosphere that is both relaxing and professional. I would definitely recommend Orange County Accupuncture to just about anyone with any ailment of any kind. If Grant hasn't treated your specific condition before he will do the needed research to make sure you get the best treatment. Two thumbs way up

KIDNEY STONES ARE NO JOKE! I was referred to Grant's office after being diagnosed with 2 kidney stones. My pain levels dropped 50% after the 1st visit! Grant gave me a bottle of chinese herbs to help dissolve the stones on my 2nd visit. By my 3rd visit I had barely any pain. I had an Xray taken a week later and it confirmed my stones were gone. No surgery needed! Grant is Amazing!
