All Texas evaluations are reviewed and confirmed by a Texas Licensed, Board Certified, Neurosurgeon. We are independent experts and have no influence on the treatment or procedures the patient has undergone. We report the final outcome. We refer to the American Medical Association's Guides to the Evaluation to Permanent Impairment, 6th edition. We are trained and certified in the latest and current 6th edition. This test uses specialized equipment and it takes a lot of time to perform and create the reports, so we do NOT reduce.

I am 52 years old and was born and raised in LaGrange, TX. I attended Blinn Junior College and The University of Texas at Austin. I have been happily married for 6 years to my wife, Lori. She is a Project Manager with a Bachelor's degree and her PMP certification. We have a 26-year-old son named Jordan, who graduated from Texas A&M and is also a project manager at a national construction company.
What drives the settlement value is how severely the victim was injured and how much the victim is permanently affected. That is what the Impairment Rating is objectively able to quantify. If you don't provide an impairment rating, the payor's software assumes the patient has completely recovered to pre-injury status.

Really enjoyed the friendly staff they were there to cheer me up during my recovery from a car accident. Nice to see their smiling faces every day from the Bianca the front desk greeter to rest of the medical assistants. Dr Banks was amazing very knowledgeable & caring. If you haven't had an adjustment from him please come see him!

I feel better than ever! Dr. Banks and every single member of the staff here is beyond great. His techs and front desk are very friendly and knowledgeable in everything they do. Dr. Banks sees each patient every single time they visit, which is something I've never had a chiropractor do, and takes as much time as needed to make sure all of your questions are answered and you understand your care plan as well as the areas he will be adjusting. Everybody here is so friendly and kind, I can not recommend this clinic enough!

This place is absolutely AMAZING! My very first appointment I came in and could barely walk, after seeing Dr. Bank, I walked out of the office feeling like a new person. They have even stepped up their level of service by offering massages! The massage tech is wonderful. Between Gina and Dr. Bank, I trust them 1000% to execute my treatment plan and get me back to normal in no time!
Back 2 Wellness definitely has a customer FOR LIFE and I literally tell everyone I know to come. Best part is, they make it a point to get you in when you need it, even if it's before your "scheduled appointment". Dr. Bank genuinely cares for his patients, it doesn't get any better than that.
