A massage by one of our professional massage therapists can relax every muscle in your body and drain away all those worries you have. Make yourself comfortable. The practitioner will either gently move you or tell you what is needed throughout the session (such as lifting your arm). Many people just close their eyes and completely relax.
Recall the way your body felt the last time you stood next to a waterfall or walked along a beach with the waves breaking at your feet. I landed in the hospital twice for what I was told were heart problems, once they told me that I had suffered a heart attack and after an angiogram was performed, it turned out it was false alarm.Today I am sleeping again verses 1 or 2 hours a night, I am eating all I want instead of just rice cakes and zucchini!

Our 3year old daughter's health went downhill after two rounds of antibiotics in early 2019. She became lethargic, developed rashes/eczema, constant tummy pains, constant runny/stuffy nose, and headaches. Doctors were unable to explain other than she had another virus. We knew there as more to her issues than that. A colleague recommended Red & White and we are so blessed to have our daughter back!
After the first four treatments (she needed a lot) she was starting to have more energy and we were able to start giving her a broader diet. After months of expensive and ineffective pharmaceutical trials in my attempt to remedy my numerous food allergies, a colleague of mine recommended Red & White Holistic Health Center. Miraculously only after a few treatments I started to experience incredible relief I never thought possible again!
