Spinal Adjustment - Dr. Jeff offers traditional hands on chiropractic care which is what has made chiropractic the largest natural healing art in the United States. For our clients who are physically unable or are not comfortable with traditional techniques, we offer the Pro Adjuster.

After practicing for several years, Dr. Jeff realized that he and most other doctors were "out of touch" with reality. Doctor bills were getting higher and higher. Unfortunately, the levels of service that they were providing was becoming lower and lower. By eliminating much of the paper work that has to be filled out when dealing with insurance companies, Dr. Jeff is able to give more time for what really matters - YOU AND YOUR HEALTH!

I have been attending Bowers for a few months now. I have been getting the care I believe I need. After 20 years in the service a few things don't seem to be where they once were and are starting to act up. Dr. Jeff is in the process of getting those bones and joints back in working order. He takes customer education serious, he thoroughly analyses your situation to provide the care needed.

I started chiropractic care for pain management after a terrible auto accident. I soon found my overall health was much better to include that my migraines were gone. Bowers Family Chiropractic is a family based business where I am treated with great caring and respect. I have been a patient of the practice for over 20 years and have complete trust for Dr. Bowers. I was recommended to Dr. Bowers for recurring back pain from 20 years in the military. Dr. Bowers and his staff (family) are extremely friendly and professional. He laid out a plan forward to help reduce and realign my lower back. After a couple of adjustments, I started to notice a huge difference. I am now a regular and I can't say thank you enough!

Before moving to Fredericksburg from West Chester, PA I contacted several chiropractor and decided Bowers would be best for me. I have been going to Dr. Jeff for eight years now and appreciate his professionalism and effective treatments. I remember after moving in I could not stand up straight and went for a treatment in the morning. He said come back in the afternoon (no charge) and then in a week.
By that time I was back to normal. I like the adjustment methods of the activator or proAdjustor. I pass several chiropractic offices on my way to Bowers but it is definitely worth it.

I first went to Dr. Jeff to seek relief from recurring headaches. I knew him from the church we both attended at the time, but I've continued to get adjustments for almost 10 years now because of the easy-going, yet efficient family atmosphere and excellent care I've received. And as long as I get regular adjustments, the headaches do not return! Thank you Bowers Family Chiropractic for all that you do for our community!

I was scared to see a chiropractor for years, even though I knew I needed one. After multiple diagnoses andphysical therapy, my next step was either try the chiropractor or go on narcotics. I don't want to go on narcotics so here I am! This was easily one of the best decisions I have ever made. Just a few adjustments in and I am already seeing improvements.
Everyone there is so nice, the prices are reasonable, and you will never wait more than a few minutes. I really appreciate how patient everyone has been with me and my anxiety. I highly recommend.

Dr. Jeff Bowers has been my chiropractor for years. My husband and I started many years ago. My husband has since died, but I continue to go to see him to keep my back in alignment. He is a wonderful, compassionate doctor who cares about his patients. It is also true that the office staff are also caring and make you feel welcome every time you call and come into the office. I look forward to my appointments and do highly recommend him to people. I am so thankful that we were recommended to him. He is a great doctor and a wonderful person.
