Physiotherapy utilizes physical means including heat, ultrasound, traction, electrical stimulation and soft tissue mobilization to treat the affected area to condition, reduce pain and inflammation and restore normal function. Physiotherapy also involves balancing the body; stretching tight muscles and strengthening weak muscles.

I am an elite athlete and fitness trainer and sometimes Injuries comes with playing hard. I've tried other physical therapy places how ever at Dr Duddey Sportscare therapy is 1st class by far the best service and it's because they have a solid charismatic team. I've known Dr. Duddey now for over a decade. I can't say enough about him. He is extremely knowledgeable and takes great pride in his work. He's not only focused on relieving current symptoms, but he's just as interested in ensuring that those symptoms don't return through proactive treatment. Most importantly, he really cares about his patients. Highly recommend!

I've been going to Dr. Duddey for years. The massages are a great way to de-stress and prep for the adjustment. Dr. Duddey knows his stuff and hires quality staff. My suggestion is to do an hour massage and ask the massage therapists get your stress points (neck, shoulders, head) after your problem area.

This place is awesome! You are greeted by kind, knowledgeable staff. The front desk ladies are so accommodating. Today, I was confused on my appointment time and came an hour early. Instead of asking me to wait, they got me right in. I was able to get a massage with Francisco and an adjustment with Dr. Duddey. They genuinely care and want the best for everyone that steps in the door. I always leave here feeling amazing!

Dr. Duddey or "Dr. D" as we call him, is without a doubt, the BEST chiropractor you could ever hope to be treated by. He's passionate, energetic, and extremely knowledgeable, but most importantly really CARES about your wellness. I go at least once per month to make sure my body 'check engine light' stays off. Dr. D is always tuned in to how you feel and what you need.
He's the kind of chiropractor and wellness person you want to refer your friends and family to because he's sincere and very effective in his mission to heal you. Additionally, a bunch of professional athletes have trusted him with their care over the years, check out all the 'thank you's' on his office walls when you go! The office itself is extremely nice, clean, and large.
He has a team of massage therapists and physiotherapists on staff as well. The best combo: an hour deep tissue massage and then and adjustment from Duddey. I highly recommend. You won't want to go anywhere else after your first meeting with Dr. D.

Choosing a chiropractor is concerning. This is the person to whom you're entrusting your spine which critical components to living, breathing, etc. Dr. Duddey is aces! He knows his stuff and is a genuinely nice guy with a great report with his patients. I've been going to him for years now with everything from every day neck pain from hunching over a computer to pretty serious owies sustained from defying gravity and losing. If you're looking for a great chiropractor whom you can trust, I highly recommend and hope you'll consider, Dr. Duddey.

I was completely JACKED from my right side of neck to the right side of shoulder wing and Dr. Duddey once again explained all to me about how important it is to maintain my body structure and gave me the relief i needed.
