Oriental Medicine dates back over eight thousand years. It's a complete medicine. Over the millennia, it had to deal with everything from headaches and neck pain, to malaria and plagues. That long ago, Oriental doctors described the endocrine system. They said that the kidneys had a major responsibility in the production of blood. The West didn't understand this until the 1970's We don't know how they knew these things. However, what they said is still very true today. These theories don't change with the latest research, they endure.

Dr. Meggin has been treating my stepmom after an aneurysm that left her in a coma for 5 weeks, and unable to eat, talk, or walk. Since she has been treating her, we have seen considerable improvement in her strength, and she has made progress with her swallowing which will hopefully lead to her trach being removed soon. I cannot thank her enough - I looked for many months to find someone to come to the hospitals and treat her but they would not allow an acupuncturist to come in, and everyone was so expensive for outcalls.
I finally found Dr. Meggin after she had been home for a couple of months and she was willing to do outcalls for a reasonable rate. I am so grateful and I highly recommend Dr. Meggin - she is knowledgeable, intuitive, and goes above and beyond.

I went to see Meggin for digestive issues. I told her I was scheduled for surgery for my trigger finger. She said let me try. I have really good outcomes. Three sessions later cancelled my surgery. Trigger finger is gone. I love Meggin. I see her for everything. She is honest and not judgmental. She is highly educated, She has the equivalent of a medical degree in Oriental Medicine.

Dr. Meggin Sullivan takes time with her patients. She establishes such a great connection with her patients. She goes above and beyond the "standard" amount of care for patients, because she truly cares for you as a person. She to this date has taken the most thorough medical history of all my doctors, and I see a lot of them! She works on my entire family from my grandma to my nephews. Nobody else we trust but Dr. Sullivan!

Dr. Meggin Sullivan does Acupuncture that results in both medical problems easing or being eradicated and facial enhancement treatments. I have been treated by her for both. I suffered from neuropathy and with 5 treatments she made almost all symptoms disappear. They have been gone for over 8 years now. I also have benefited from her facial treatments which reduce wrinkles and enhance the overall condition of "aged" skin.
I cannot recommend her highly enough. Western and Eastern medicine is only as helpful as the professional dispensing it. Dr. Sullivan is extremely knowledgable and very honest in her evaluations and treatments. She will not "over promise" but she certainly delivers excellent care and results.

For the past 3 years, I have been going to see Dr. Meggin Sullivan every 5 weeks for an acupuncture treatment. I call it a "tune up" for my immune system and overall well-being. I'm 73 years old, walk over 6 miles each day and feel great. With Meggin's thorough care and concern I plan to stay that way for as long as possible. I look forward to the painless treatment each month, an hour's rest in one of her quiet, comfortable treatment rooms, and always an interesting conversation.

Dr. Sullivan is amazing! I underwent an initial treatment of 10 sessions in 5 weeks. By the third week there were noticeable changes, and friends were asking what I was doing. I have improved muscle tone (less sagging) in the face and neck, improved the tone and quality of skin and reduced puffiness. Fine lines have filled in, and deeper lines greatly improved.
One of the most dramatic results was obtained in reducing the scar tissue on my jaw. It is greatly reduced and barely perceptible. My facial coloring has improved, and I feel younger, calmer and less worn looking. I am in my early 60's and felt the need for personal physical enhancement. After consulting with plastic surgeons, dermatologists, and laser M.D.s, I elected to seek treatment from Dr. Sullivan.
This decision was not based solely on financial concerns, however, the cost of the invasive, aggressive treatments ranged from $8,000.00 to $25,000.00, with long recovery periods and no promise of success. I have friends that have had less than satisfactory results. The treatments are relaxing including the healing balms, mask and towels. The needles are fine, and not painful.
The overall experience parallels any spa treatment that I've had, and provides a wonderful opportunity for meditation or de-stressing. I am amazed with the results, and have to confess that my lifestyle has contributed to the aging process. Results will differ with each individual, but I've got years of "mileage" and "deferred maintenance" to deal with. Meggin's a gifted healer and I've had friends that have gotten great results. This weekend I had an incredible acupuncture facial.that's right acupuncture facial. Instead of toxic chemicals being injected or applied I went for a healing treatment. The results are amazing. My skin is glowing and I swear I can see a difference already in some of the light lines in my face.
