Dr. Pence is by the far the area's best chiropractor! He has been safely practicing for 32 years and has hundreds and hundreds of continuing education hours under his belt! He knows his stuff! He is incredibly knowledgeable and really cares personally about his patients. Dr. Pence utilizes applied kinesiology and does a lot of nutrition testing as well. He really is amazing!

We love what one of our patients recently posted on our Facebook page, and just had to share! "Hey Everybody. I'm here to tell you that Dr. Pence is an AMAZING Chiropractor. I've been going to the Pence Chiropractic Center since 1983. I started seeing him after hitting a deer with my car, which was the last straw.and that was 32 YEARS ago. He's kept my body in perfect alignment and helped me to avoid many surgeries.
I've followed his practice as it's grown over the years, in the city of Franklin. I've tried to find chiropractors where I live. but nobody cares, nor takes the time like Dr. Pence does.so I make that 40 minute drive to see him no matter what. There's no rushing through an adjustment, he takes his time and listens to everything that's bothering you.
You'll always get a friendly smile and maybe a funny joke. and if you're really nice, you might get to take home a tomato or two from his dad's garden. Mitzi, his wife is precious. and Kim at the front desk has become a dear friend. I love everyone there! NO, Dr. Pence didn't pay me to write this, .ha. but I'm happy to gush about him and what he has done for my health, both mentally and physically. After searching for answers to my daughter's 6 month illness after a routine appendectomy, I was at the end of my rope. We visited so many doctors in so many specialties, including a psychiatrist. No one had answers and they were recommending pain management. We met Dr. Pence and through tears told him our plight. During the 20 minute exam, I was intrigued but doubtful.
He gave his diagnosis, laid out the treatment plan and sent us home to get her well. Our follow up with the gyn a few days later confirmed his diagnosis. It took time but she soon returned to school full time and learned how to manage her health. I will always be thankful for Dr. Pence and everyone at the office. If not for them, I believe my beautiful teenage daughter would still be fighting a condition medical doctors don't recognize. Dr. Pence has kept us well adjusted for quite some time now!
